Droughts are made to be broken. After tears in the wilderness two of the giants of the sport battled it out for the constructors and team Papya came out on top.
The weekend saw us say goodbye (for now) to the likes of Bottas, Zhou, KMag amd Colapinto while other swapped team colours as a new ear waits to dawn. Who was the big winner and big loser or just plain unlucky in the market moves?
It was penalty city once again, a sprinkling of strikes, and fans again left confused, surely its time to get this right over the off season.
And Lewis is slow, or so he says, you gotta ask, have Ferrari made the right decision?
All that plus much much more on this week's episode.

Normal service has resumed, Max wins, 80pts to Norris, and the race that was half on, never was.
Where are Zhou? We'll tell you where, pointsville. Stake takes the cake and after an absolute nothing year do not leave empty handed.
Ten second stop go for Lando, an 11% lift for a .9 of a second was enough to save Max, but was Landos penalty fair?
And Lewis is slow, or so he says, you gotta ask, have Ferrari made the right decision?

It's the final triple header of the season and when all eyes are on the battle between the top contenders, Russell comes from nowhere in the cold Nevada night. But the big story was Max's 4 WDC.

It's all but over. A statement made, a drive for the ages and Max now has 1 hand on the title.
Fumbles galore, as Mclaren and Norris had it all in their laps, but couldn't get it done. Was it ever as on as we thought or a bridge too far.
Alpine, the feel-good moment of the year, a joyous post-race, a podium worthy of a movie and two drivers who kept it clean when other couldn't.
And the stewards. They divided fans all weekend. Is it time for a full-time role? We think yes, do you agree?

2 of 3 in the Merica' triple header and boy oh boy were the elbows out. A Sainz win was one to savour as Norris too a big chunk of points to close the title race again.
What a load of bull! Fans and driver were left seething after Redbull got their elbows out, first Max, then Perez. A revised FIA interpretation and with a total of 20sec in penalties saw Max finish mid pack of the top 10. But is this the racing we want or did Rebull overstep the mark.
Last week Lawson was the toast of the town but the boys showed his mean streak. A meeting with Horner and a slap on the wrist had many asking, was this the right call?
And don't sleep on the boys in red. Second in constructors, they have the pace, the drivers and nothing to lose. Could Mclaren drop the ball in both title fights and go home empty handed?

Welcome back, well of sorts, we had a month off and we have returned with a belter of a weekend as we said yeeehaw to Austin Texas.
The healing process for Ricciardo fans has passed and Lawson has put to bed an doubts for now, a last to 9th drive silenced any haters for the time being.
Max took the bull by the horns and drove a solid weekend. Was that a side ways look to Mclaren and Lando that said, hey, you won't catch me?
And Ferrari secure a 1/2. Don't sleep on the boys in red. If this season has taught us anything it's that anything can happen.

Norris swings the tide in Singapore but with the deficit to Max only 1 point less than it was in Miami, is he running out of time?
Six to go, we have been hearing for weeks that the title fight us on, but, for how much longer. A mega save from Verstappen salvaged P2 and for the remaining rounds thats all he needs. Is there time for Norris to get the job done?
Time to watch your language. A community service slap for Verstappen had everyone scratching their heads, but what part does the broadcasting play? Too harsh or is it time to mop up the expletives?
And a farewell or just goodbye for now. RB pulled no punches behind the scenes as Ricciardo left Singapore in tears, has the Honey Badger become collateral damage in a political power struggle, or is time really up?

Two #1s are better than none. Team Mclaren are flying and we suddenly have a possible four way title fight.
Oscar is no mug, after a barrage of Brit beat downs last week, the Aussie shon in the Azerbaijan sun, hard to believe he has been at it for just on 18 months. The top scorer over the past 8 rounds, finished 100% of his races, make no mistake it's not a matter of if, but when.
Checo has awoken, or so it seemed, the street fighter excelled in Baku all weekend, but a late clash with Sainz had many asking who is at fault?
And is this Bottas swan song, rumour has it Colapinto is hot on Audi's radar....watch this space.

The prince of Monaco becomes the King of Monza, a one stop for the ages, how can you not love a Ferrari win at home.
Leclerc drove for the masses, a one stop roll of the dice that crowned him the king on Monza once again, a giant upgrade package and maybe, just maybe another twist in the tail of 2024.
Williams, did good. Well kind of, points for Albon and Colapinto didn't disappoint, but let's just sit tight, you just don't know what Vowels might do next.
And Papaya Rules were all the rage, people have dropped some "love" for Oscar, but hey we asked for racing so we got it, just be careful what you wish for fans.

SUMMER BREAK IS OVER....and sudden changing of the guard, a 22sec demolition for Lando and it is well and truly game on.
Williams have pulled the pin on Sargeant, after a monster shunt, was this the right or wrong call so late in the season?
The eb and flow at the front continued, as Ferrari pranced and Mercedes faltered, howereve with this the new trend in the season, it's now something we should be expecting, so who's game is it now in Monza?
And illegal parts at Rebull, rumours of a asymmetric breaking system as pricked ears around the paddock, hmmmmm watch this space.

DISQUALIFIED. Not the words Russell wanted to hear. But 1.5kg short....does someone have questions to answer?
Sainz signs on with Williams, after months in waiting, what do you make of the decision?
It was a dirty day for Norris, Oscar backed it up with a brilliant showing, who's driving better right now and is there a possible headache on the horizon for Mclaren.
And more pain for Alpine as Famine is shown the door. Is this a sustainable team any more?
