We’re back again for another episode folks, thanks for tuning in. Osteoporosis and related fractures are a problem, particularly for elderly women within the general population. We review a paper that aims to describe types and dosage of exercise as a means to combat deleterious effects associated with osteoporosis, and we attempt to offer practical insight and anecdotal evidence as to how this might play out in the clinic.
