Registered clinical nutritionist and mum of three - including 6-year old twins, Monique Cormack is all about telling it straight. She runs a telehealth nutrition clinic, based in Sydney and is refreshingly open about her own struggles on social media - as well as the confusion that can surround preconception, prenatal and postnatal nutrition. Ellidy Pullin famously (or perhaps, infamously) had a baby using her deceased partner (pro surfer 'Chumpy')'s sperm and has gone on to inspire a league of women to solo parent, while paying tribute to his memory. She's now a celebrated podcaster and author, and she shares with us how she made that fateful decision in the grips of the deepest grief, and the bittersweet joy that her little ‘Minnie’ brings her now.
