Life, motherhood, and everything in between will knock us down but we must get back up and keep fighting because those little humans need us. You will fall and feel sad and unmotivated some days because you're a human. It's okay to not feel okay sometimes but when you're done, girl, get back up!

If you're struggling to find time to work-out with kiddos at home, this episode is for you.
I suggest ways to find time to work-out alone by compromising with the hubby and getting over the mom guilt and asking family for help. What I strongly suggest and prefer any day, is working-out WITH the kids! Might not sound possible but I assure you, it definitely is! I will give you examples and will soon upload videos on how to do it.. Good luck!

I know it's a crazy and scary time in the world right now and to make the matters worse, your kids are driving you nuts. We're all going through a tough time but we can and will get through this together.
In this episode, I open up to you about my grief journey as well as my struggles though the pandemic in hopes you can relate to my story. I came up with some creative activities to keep my toddler out of trouble and positive perspectives to keep me going.

Let's break the stigma on moms being sexy. On this episode, I have my middle finger raised high at society. What I wear does not define me as a mother and neither do my piercings and tattoos. Sexy is whatever I choose it means. Being a mother looks exactly the way I choose to rock it.
But what if I don't feel sexy? Then you must start with feeling confident. I created "I AM" affirmations for mothers to recite daily to feel more confident and sexy in their own skin.

This episode is created to introduce my personal story and why I created this podcast. It's very easy to lose sight of who we really are once we become a mother. I'm here to let you know you don't need to carry around that 'mom guilt' anymore. Let's have some fun and raise these kids!
