Today's episode features a conversation with Laura Doyle, author of The Surrendered Wife and The Empowered Wife. We talk about:
What is femininity is and isn't How the "strong independent woman" movement has distorted the natural giving and receiving relationship between men and women Misconceptions men and women have about one another How a woman can communicate her desires with a man without becoming a dictator or mothering him How to honor men Our thoughts on relationship counseling Powerful tools to re-instate balance between genders and re-ignite respect and polarity in romantic partnershipsYou can check out some free resources as a gift from Laura here: https://lauradoyle.org/becomingfullyhuman, and make sure to check out her books The Surrendered Wife and The Empowered Wife.

If you're interested in the kind of liberation that comes from radical self-responsibility, then this episode is for you. Today Geraldine Matus and I explore the theme of defense and how defensiveness robs us from going within, exploring our inner reality, and finding true psychospiritual growth that comes from our wholeness.
Anytime we go into defense, we're effectively slipping into the victim-based mentality that requires the external world to change in order for us to feel okay. We miss the opportunity to get to know ourself fully, to love and embody our whole self.

Exploring the readiness for parenthood is a question everyone who is (hetero) sexually active in their fertile season of life should be reflecting on. The reality is that having sex opens up the portal to becoming pregnant, and in today's podcast Geraldine Matus and I talk all things 'readiness' and 'timing' when it comes to pregnancy, and parenthood.
We explore various scenarios, including accidental pregnancy, and sitting with the question of 'am I ready to have a baby?'. We also touch on the can vs. should when it comes to terminating a pregnancy, our conscious vs. subconscious desires, and much more in the realm of readiness to bring a child into the world.
Whether you want to have children or not, whether you're having sex or not, this conversation has a lot to offer in terms of self-reflection. Applied to pregnancy or life in general, there is much to explore regarding our attempts as humans to control nature.
There was a little bit of audio cross-over in the audio at times; sorry about that!
Enjoy!

Cat's out of the bag! In today's episode, my partner River and I share about our upcoming (end of the month!) move to Hawaii. He and I have very different backstories with Hawaii, and in this episode we talk about our past relationship with the islands and why it's time to leave Texas.
I hope you enjoy! Aloha! -
Today's episode explores a wide range of thoughts I have on the new chapter of humanity that is Artificial Intelligence. A.I. is sweeping the world, and contrary to your likely assumptions, I am not mad about it. The more I actually understand (and use!) A.I. as a tool, the more empowered and excited I have become about it! This technology has changed my work/life balance so much, in the best way.
I hope this podcast inspires you to at the very least start to think about the possibilities that this technology may have to help you in your life. Like all things in life, it's less about the thing and more about our relationship to it.

Today's podcast is straight from a Subtack audio file, which I normally have behind the paywall of my Substack membership. It was born as a response to my recent website article called "Grappling with Openness," where I explore why I am currently keeping my romantic relationship more private. As I dove into the rabbit hole of why and how we share, I realized that this is an enormous topic that applies to the realms of sharing both online and in person, to big audiences or a single person alike.
How and why we share is a direct reflection of integrity. It impacts the magnetism of our energy field and how we either attract or repel good things into our life.
I suggest reading the article first here: Grappling with Openness.
