"As children, the first emotion that warned us that "something is off" within our system was anger. One of the rules of anger is to signal when a need is not met, a boundary is crossed, a pain is not acknowledged, or truth is not allowed. So, every time anger is triggered in the present moment, the whole body says, "I still remember the pain!" or " There's still pain!""
Ally Wise, is a Life Transformation Coach with a focus on Self-connection, trauma resolution and nervous sytem healing. Val Aerni, is a E-RYT 200 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher 200 hour) through Yoga Alliance with additional training in yin yoga, prenatal yoga, Yoga Mindset Coaching, yoga nidra, trauma-informed yoga, and health coaching. Val also holds a M.Ed. in Curriculum in Instruction from the University of Montana. Outside of teaching, Val loves to spend time with her family playing in the woods.

Everybody inherits distinctly unique DNA. We inherit our ancestors' good or bad looks, their blue, brown, or hazel eyes, their height, their teeth, and even their diseases. But did you know you can inherit your ancestors' money habits as well?
The science of epigenetics, which studies how gene expression is modified by individual behavior and environmental factors, is revealing that patterns of thought and emotion, attitudes, and actions are passed down to future generations. Just as we inherit DNA that dictates our physical attributes, we also inherit what we call emotional DNA. This means along with grandma's broad shoulders you might also have been bequeathed her quick temper or her spendthrift attitude about money.

Why is money one of the best places to start looking at your unconscious emotional DNA inheritance and how do you determine if you have inherited an emotional pattern around money that is not innate to you? In systemic work and constellations (a process that swiftly reveals and helps transform hidden issues arising from family, business, and other kinds of close-knit groups or systems), anxiety and other negative emotions are common signs that a pattern is needing or wanting to change in the system. Understanding Money DNA and creating a healthier money mindset with a simple systemic exercise that will reveal your money bandwidth and current state of mind. Once you know the pattern, then you can change it. First off, identify a pattern with money that you wish you could stop. Now, take time to write down all the things you tell yourself about money. "Money doesn't grow on trees. A penny saved is a penny earned." We all have these automatic sayings about money, and it's amazing how deeply these sentences affect us. Next, notice your feelings around money. Does just thinking about it make you apprehensive? Jot your feelings down. What actions do you take around money? Do you spend it freely? Pinch every penny? Wish you had more? Make a list. Now, you have an understanding of your inner financial world, write down where you first heard the sentences you use around money. Who did those words come from? Your actions with money, whose money patterns do you follow the most closely? Try to identify originating events surrounding money in your family. If you can identify patterns and events from prior generations, you've just identified the origins of your thoughts, feelings, and actions around money—your Money DNA. And if you don't have any knowledge of your ancestral history, that's okay. Simply look at your own patterns with money. They came from someone. Being able to pin a name on the source of your money DNA is fun, but it isn't necessary. Finally, imagine something good that you really want to do with your money. Your deepest heart's desire. Your heart's desire embodies the new pattern of money that is trying to emerge through you. Allow yourself to feel what it would be like to achieve that heart's desire. The clearer your heart's desire, the more you can emotionally invest in it Now you are building new Money DNA—a new pattern that will pull you beyond your excuses, reasons, and patterns of staying stuck.You can support this podcast by:

Sophie Frabotta, a fierce healer, heart centered soul leader and referred to by her clients as the soul whisperer is our guest today. She shares how to follow spirits guidance back to the truth of who you really are. She says logic which rules the 3rd dimension is great but out of balance, as we raise our consciousness, lift our vibration and release density we are moving into higher consciousness, the 5th dimension. The 5th dimension is ruled by the heart not the head. Once you start to release that density, come into body, listen to, and follow the intelligence of the heart, it builds strength and faith to listen even though the logic is not there.

Catherine Rains, an award-winning mixed media collage artist and teacher is on the podcast today sharing how we can expand miracles in our lives by living in non resistance to what is. Until age 33, art was not part of Catherine's life plan. In fact, she was one of those people who said "I don't have an artistic bone in my body."
Her unexpected path to art began in the middle of a successful and overwhelming day job. Desperate to relieve stress, she followed a whim to create her first collage, and then created hundreds more as a hobby.
Although creatively satisfied, she was still stressed and unhappy professionally. Then one day the phrase – what you resist, persists – popped into her head, and in an instant she knew how to turn her job (and life) around. Three months later, she had not only fallen in love with the day gig she previously hated, but she was offered a dream job when she wasn't even looking.This profound lesson in surrender began her lifelong journey of living in non-resistance to the present moment, eventually leading her to quit corporate security 8 years later to manage a lucrative art business.
Catherine's story is one of open-hearted perseverance, transforming "negative" experiences by fully embracing life as it is, no matter what it looks like on the surface.

Kristen Knecht helps people heal themselves through neuromuscular habits of the mouth and nose. Kristen earned a degree in psychology with a minor in biology, following her curiosity of what one thing was that could help improve everyone's health, she earned a second degree in dental hygiene. Continuing to seek out biological and functional healthcare practitioners and looking into ways the human body can heal itself she received training in nasal breathing, jaw growth and jaw function and is now an Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist (OMT).
What is Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy?
OMT is a neuromuscular retraining of the mouth, jaw, tongue and throat muscles. You might think of it like mouth physical therapy. OMT works with all the muscles of the head, neck, mouth, and throat. When some muscles are not doing their jobs, other muscles must compensate. This leads to disfunction.

Breathing through the mouth activates the bodies emergency systems - fight flight. The importance of building muscles in the mouth, jaw, tongue and throat to support the overall function and flow in the body.
