After a rough start to the season, what exactly is happening with the team? Is all hope gone? What's really to blame for these losses?

Rendon has been punished by the league for physically going after an A's fan on Opening Day. We also (mostly) talk about the A's game results from the last couple of days, the results were definitely disappointing but what can we take from them moving forward?

Well... We welcome Oakland Opening Day Baseball with a well-enjoyed win! In todays episode we talk about the controversies of the final Spring Training game against the Giants, we talk about the Pache trade, and then we talk about the #1 team in the division (tied with the Mariners and Rangers for first), the Oakland A's! And their game against the Angels, where the A's beat the Angels despite Ohtani putting up a fantastic effort on the mound to start the game.

Muller gets the Opening Day start over Fuji! Why?! I break down why it was a good idea, plus I talk about some roster changes for the season and the last couple of Spring Training games and the controversy of the A's 2022 profit.

We do another "Who Am I?" to start off the episode, talk a little bit about the final couple of WBC games, and then we talk about the most recent round of cuts on the A's Spring Training roster and the most recent games.

We were lucky enough to take a trip to AZ over St. Paddy's weekend to see the A's Spring Training, and also lucky to see them beat the Giants and Dodgers! I talk a bit about my experiences at the games, as well as the results.

I've got a quick look at the last couple of Spring Training games for you, before going into how I ran the numbers for everyone that I think makes the starting lineup. It turns out we could have a top 5 AL offense?! Walks and doubles!

The A's after their first round of cuts perform much better in Spring Training, beating the Dodgers and Rangers in exciting fashion and also beating the Padres. A second round of cuts leaves the A's Spring Training roster leaner and meaner, and I give my predictions of who will remain standing on Opening Day! Plus, I give you all a hot-take on how the AL West will perform during the regular season.

The first round of cuts are in, meanwhile some young guys stick around like Lawrence Butler and Denzel Clarke. Fuji looks great, bullpen guys like Zach Jackson, Dany Jimenez, and Domingo Acevedo look great. Lots of players continue to impress, even though the A's haven't been able to put it together frequently to end up with wins. But it doesn't really matter if we win, it's Spring Training!

What would have happened if the A's had signed Marcus Semien to an extension in the 2020/2021 offseason? We explore that in this episode, but maybe not in the way you would think!

Today we grade the A's, and grade the grades that the A's got from other sports media outlets! Spoiler: they still all shortchange the A's. We actually did pretty good this offseason, and it will directly contribute to a much better year than last year. And definitely a more fun year!

A quick update on the ballpark situation, and then we go right in to all the crazy rule changes we'll be seeing in baseball in 2023 for the first time! Some maybe good, others probably not so much. But will they be good for the A's?
Don't forget to send a polite email to the Oakland Mayor reminding her of how important the A's are for you and for Oakland! Reach her at [email protected]

Today we've got coverage of the latest breaking news, AJ Puk has been traded to the Marlins for JJ Bleday, an outfielder who was also a former first round pick. Does this destroy our bullpen for '23? Is our rotation hurting because of this? Did we add anything of value? We talk about these things in this episode!
Don't forget to send an email to the Oakland Mayor at [email protected] and let her know politely that you love the A's and you want them to stay in Oakland!

We cover the State of the A's, and then we go deep into John Fisher's Deep Pockets! That's right, the episode you've been waiting for! We talk about how much money John Fisher has, how much money the A's make, how much is spent on the team, what it means and why we care. There's a lot to go into here and I bet you don't know all of it! Also, don't forget to send an email to the Oakland Mayor, Mayor Thao, letting her know how important the A's are to you! Reach her at [email protected] and tell her how much you want the A's to stay in Oakland!
