This light language transmission is super powerful. The codes infused through this will help to create a cohesive union with self. What is a union you may ask? Union is where we merge the parts of us that are opposites. This is our masculine & feminine energy. It also includes the deepest shadow parts of ourselves + the light, nurturing, and loving parts. There's no doubt in my mind that due to the astronomical amount of events post-eclipse season, leading into the winter solstice this is more common. Why is that though? This is because our frequency and the earth's frequency are rising. As we ascend our cells begin to die off and make room for new cells to form. This is when sickness incurs. Any energy in the physical body that is no longer serving you will come up and manifest in different sicknesses or diseases. It's basically like a physical detox. Your chakra points will also close up and appear as sickness for you to get to the root of those as well. You will also see people become sick if they're doing things that are not in alignment with them. Take a step back and ask your body, why this is happening. Ask yourself, was I overworked? Is my life in alignment? Were my guides telling me to rest and I still continued to push through? these codes will help with any stuck energy, and also reprogram the subconscious mind into self-healing. When we continue saying I'm so sick, I'm so sick, we will stay sick, but if we change our mindset, and think my body heals itself, I am self-healing then it will heal.. Anywho, hope this helps! In this episode, Shiba and I speak on what it means to own who you are. We talk about how people in the spiritual community have often found this need to people please others and in the turn end up abandoning yourself in the process. Shiba and I talk about bullying and how that can affect your personal confidence. We also speak on how the outside voices are just that on the outside. How we can transmute all of those thoughts that are brought upon us, to return to the heart to remember who we are. We talk about how life can be "spicy" at times but that this is all happening for a reason, and this is why we're meant to help others. In this episode Ophir and I talk about her experience into spirituality. She talks about how leaving Israel to follow her dream, really led her to realizing her dream was just a gateway for her to discover not only herself but her voice. She speaks about breaking out of the identity she wrapped herself in. Ophir talks about how her love for acting, slowly started to shift during her awakening. How she realized acting was allowing her to stay in masks, to stay untouched with her true identity. Ophir and I expand on personal development in business is usually the segway into spirituality for most. We talk about the caterpillar or hermit stage during the awakening process and how you can feel lonely/weird/crazy. We talk about her experience with ayahuasca, and how that was the last hump she needed to get over to open her throat chakra. In this episode, the lovely Paul Silva joins me to talk about his journey to spirit. Paul brings a lovely sense of humor to spirituality and shows us that we can have a sense of humor through our journey. We speak on his journey through the 12 steps, and how he took ownership and responsibility for his life through that. He realized that his call to "spirits (alcohol)" was really leading him to spirit. We talk about spiritual workers and how we tend to numb the voices, and feelings through different vices. Paul also talks about boundaries when it comes to the spiritual community, his ideas on practical spirituality, what that is, and how we have various tools that we can use to help our clients. We don't have to box our work into one area, just simply allowing ourselves to flow with what we're being called to. Knowing that we're allowed to change our minds and stop doing something.
