Bouta has been one of the hardest blokes for Mary to pin down for a chat.
A Legend of the top end, from Tipperary station, Bouta has been at the top of Mary's list of guests since day 1.
Just so happened he was doing a run for the station down to Roma while Mary was headed out to Boulia and she got him away from the truck for 45 minutes at the Winton Roadhouse.
And just in time too... before he buys up in Byron and becomes best mates with the Hemsworths given his starring role in the Netflix series 'Territory'

Peter Frazer, or Fraze... is a lifelong mate of Marys. They worked together in the DPI for a number of years.
Fraze was pivotal in the TB eradication program working as a Stock Inspector, testing up to 1000 cattle a day on properties where those
cattle could be spread across 3/4 of a Million acres.
His career was nothing short of a steep learning curve having to work on diseases from the Hendra Virus to the Equine Flu... even Prawn Spot.
He shares a passion for Bush Poetry with Mary, who wraps up this chat with a very fitting tribute to Fraze through her own poetry.

At age 24, while his mates were out playing sports and living life, Dane Lyons was
260+ KGs, couldn’t walk more than 200m and was getting quotes for mobility scooters.
Dane’s story of transformation to sub 100kgs is a true inspiration.
He was putting away the food and booze at a rapid rate of knots, going from a bottle of spirits a day and having flap jacks for tits (his own words), to competing on the world stage in Transformational Body Building.

Steve Whillas is an unsung hero of the Eyre Peninsula (E.P), Driving up driveways and helping farmers get shit off thier chest and 'Out of their Bucket'.
