Sharing my thoughts on social media and how we can use our platforms to be a little bit less shit. Social media bullying has major and significant impacts on people's mental health and we can all afford to be a little less judgemental and a little more kind. A person with an addiction, a disability, depression etc is still a person. Let's be less stereotypical and more open minded. Just because you haven't been through or experienced something does not put you higher up the food chain.
"Don't treat them less because you don't see worth in them. Treat them with dignity because everyone's life has equal worth." ~ Bhawna Gautam

As always, while we laugh at ourselves now, the confusion and disturbance of being in a dysfunctional (be it toxic or not) relationship can throw your life out of balance and leave you feeling very washed up. If you are experiencing any of things we talked about or have found yourself in an abusive relationship, you can get support from CASA (the sexual assault & family violence centre) or contact the sexual assault crisis line on 1800806292. This conversation is completely unedited as we make a coffee and features cameos from Bender.

Ever thought to yourself, who the f*** am I? Traumatic pasts and the statistics of where you should have ended up vs where you are can lead to what's called "Imposter Syndrome" - Constant thoughts that you don't belong, doubting yourself and your achievements, constantly comparing yourself to others; I'm boring, not exciting/fun enough which only worsens when stressed/tired etc. It can feel exhausting showing up to a life you don't feel/believe you deserve.
