Sho, Genge! Welcome back to another episode with your girl, Sis G.U!
The older we get, the more serious life becomes. With that old adage, it’s no surprise that our late twenties are probably the most uncertain times of one’s life. The constant tug between feeling like you’re advancing somewhere & feeling like you’re uncertain about where and how your life is taking shape. It’s in these moments where nostalgia can hit you like a truck, making you really reminisce on how life once was and how easier things were - being early in our youth.
In this episode, I am joined by my dear friend, Yanga Magic, as we share time speaking about what the late twenties entail and the growing pains of it. Join us, as we share laughs, memories and experiences in which we hope you can take as you journey in your own path - navigating your late twenties.
Always remember, you got this! You are where you need to be. Everything will come together, just as God intended! -

Sho, Genge, welcome back to another episode of ASIAS, with your girl, Sis G.U!
As said in Jeremiah 29:11, God knows the plans He has for us. Plans to ensure that we prosper and never wither. Plans that ensure that we have hope and protection evermore.
These are the very foundations that are built on, in this episode. I am joined by my guest, Michelle Lima, as we have a much needed conversation about what our purpose is, as individuals and how God is the pinnacle of what and where our purpose leads us to - using stories and experiences that we have been through, that have ultimately shaped who we are in this current moment and what we're going to be.

Welcome back to another episode of ASIAS, with your girl, Sis G.U
This episode is exactly every scenario that came to your head, as you've read the title of this episode: Issues to deal with, Situations to Conquer, Hustles to Consistently Work On, Finding the Strength to deal with everything all at once... *sigh* and I'm just a girl, haha!
Join me with my lovely friend, Balepi Mosweu, as we have a much needed light hearted chat, as boss ladies, about everything going on in our lives at this current moment and the different situations that we are facing. I loved this episode because it really felt like a pitstop in this journey called life, where we get to reflect, share laughs and remind ourselves of the purpose we have as individuals, to realize.

Sho, Genge! Welcome back to ASIAS, with your girl, Sis G.U
In this episode, I am joined by my lovely guest, Candice Chirwa - affectionately known as the Minister of Menstruation. Join us as we get candid on the phenomenon of periods and the myths around it while debunking the facts and false stigmas of what actually goes on during the "period" of period pains.
As much as an episode of such topics can be seen as a "women only" situation, I also extend this episode to the men of the Genge - as this helps in harboring a better understanding, while broadening up the many things that men can do to assist the women in their lives, as they endure a challenging monthly process.
I hope that the Genge has as much fun watching the episode, as much as we had fun creating it, for you!

Sho, Genge! Welcome back to another episode of ASIAS, with your girl, Sis G.U
As we grow older, certain things become more complex due to the experiences we go through as individuals and as a community. In this episode, I’m tackling one of the most overlooked aspects of our lives which still serves a huge part of our lives and individual purpose - forming new friendships.
As a person who was once about the notion of “no new friends”, in my younger years; I have grown to understand what amazing experiences and opportunities can come from making new friends and I am very excited to share my discoveries with you.
As this is the last episode of the year, I am extending a huge amount of gratitude to the Genge for the incredible support shown over the past year.
May you enjoy this festive, get the rest you deserve and may the power of prosperity be with you for the new year.

Sho, Genge! Welcome back to another episode of ASIAS, with your girl, Sis G.U.
In the true sense of the year, we have reached the festive season. 2023 is coming to an end and we are all geared up to spend the remaining weeks of the year with our loved ones while taking a well deserved break from tasks that are work related.
This time of year prompted me to create this video that is not only brief but filled with warm and gentle wishes for us to not lose track of the very things that make us who we are, while we are on rest mode. Take it as a pre-curser for the new year, in which I believe, we will achieve everything that we dream of.
I hope you can impart with something from the gems I have shared here & with the festive season beginning, I wish you rest and peace in abundance, for the rest of the year.

Sho, Genge! Welcome back to After School is After School, with your girl, Sis G.U
Since turning 26 years old, I've been blessed with seeing life in a new lens and direction. The more one ages, the bigger the challenges become and the more potential for growth increases. This is my experience with that phenomenon.
Get candid with me as I unpack the situations and lessons I had to learn since turning a new age. It's been well over a month since the last ASIAS episode, so there is a lot to unpack with you, as the Genge. I hope there are gems that you can take from this episode, in which you can apply in your everyday life.

Sho, Genge! Welcome back to ASIAS with your girl, Sis G.U
It's been quite a minute since I last had an opportunity to sit down, in the comfort of my own space & speak about everything that's been on my mind. In that light, the title of this episode is 'Mental Journals'.
Journey with me, as I unpack the intricacies of my mind and the experiences I have gone through, recently. The only constant in life is change, and as much as we can never fully be prepared for what will come or what we're currently dealing with, it is always in good taste to acknowledge your feelings in whatever capacity that it can come in.
I hope that this episode carries gems that you can equip in your life, as we grow together.

I trust that there are some needed gems from my experience, which can inspire you to be more confident in the process and appreciating the art of letting go.

Sho Genge! This week we are talking about energy and trusting your intuition (the Holy Spirit). I’ve really grown to trust myself and my internal voice and that in its self was a journey. I had to learn to not gaslight my feelings but rather to honour them. I know that dealing with shifted energy isn’t easy but I’ve decided to view it as protection from God. If it is currently a weird season for you, I pray you find peace in the Lord.
