It's that time gals and pals. We have thought long and hard about this, and it's time to wrap the season. It has been an absolute PLEASURE connecting with you all weekly via our podcast and social media; however, its time to take a well needed break! In today's episode, we chat about the last few eps, and talk through what some of our highlights over the last 3 seasons have been. Not without gassing up the exciting news that Laura is now ENGAGED to her dream man of course! It's time to hear all about Laurz Endo journey. But before we dive in, Laurz and Courts do a wee check in... what are you reading, watching and/or listening to! Then we roll right into the challenging world or periods and endometriosis. Right from day 1... Laurz getting her period at age 9, her teenage days on the pill, then when the endometriosis struck and took over her life. We chat insurance claims, difficult doctors, amazing gynecologists, laparoscopic surgery, bowel blockages and much more!

Courtz found some quirky little websites that generate random questions for us to answer and we are always up for a chat and a wee dissection of feelings and thoughts. We are so excited to have NZ artist Blake with us today! Blake is an incredible singer and songwriter, originally from Queenstown, and has been making music since the age of 15. After returning to New Zealand at the end of 2020, Blake has made her mark in NZ with her hit singles ‘’You Don’t Decide’’, ‘’Skeptical’’ and our personal fav ‘’CPU’’. Prior to her return to Aoteroa, Blake spent 5 years in London perfecting her craft and working with major drum and bass labels Shogun Audio and Hospital Records. Blake has featured on tracks that have surpassed 10million streams on Spotify, and has also landed herself a ‘’best vocalist’’ nomination at the 2017 Drum and Bass awards.
To wrap up NZ music month, we talk with Blake about her musical journey and the transition of moving back to New Zealand after some busy years in the UK. Returning home to New Zealand and adjusting to the slower pace; Blake moved to Auckland and started working on her music. Creating music in the Indi pop realm, Blake has worked tirelessly to produce incredible music - and we cant wait for you to discover her incredible sound!

We are so beyond excited to bring you our first guests for NZ Music Month, Foley! Ash and Gabe are the incredible multi-instrumentalists of this pop duo and have been making music since 2017. Foley have been nominated for 2x Aotearoa Music Awards and have played international shows such as South By SouthWest (SXSW) and also played alongside Remi Wolf Tove Lo. Their sound is dynamic and fresh with strong lyrical themes that cover love, loss and the importance of acceptance, which is an Absolutely Yes from us!
