WE ARE BACK. Feels good to be back in the saddle. Apologies to all the fans and followers of A Sports Show. You guys were promised a show each and every week that talks about sports and instead you were given nothing for 3 weeks. Nothing but silence. That will not happen again.
We are back to discuss all things in sports including why LeBron James is still my goat, NHL playoffs are awesome and the Canes are primed for a run at Lord Stanley’s Cup, Horses ran fast around a track, NFL draft expert recap, and Lane Kiffin said what about Ole Miss?
Thank you for returning

I would first like to apologize to all the fans out there who follow and listen each and every week. Consistency is the most important thing in this business and last week this show failed to show up and produce a product for our dedicated listeners.
If you have followed this show you know that every bet that has been said into this microphone has lead to nothing but pain and sadness. So, when the Michigan wolverines were 2 games away from wiping away all of our sins I was foxed to put down my sword. Put down the microphone. Stop saying things that I believed would happen. I might have more to do with that national title than anyone that roster. I gave Michigan a title. This microphone is cursed. Michigan proved it.
With that being said it’s Masters week. The greatest week, the greatest tournament, the greatest display of what a human civilization should look like day in and day out. A flawless product. A place that has created such a joy and happiness that even a frown can’t be seen for miles. It’s time to enjoy the greatest golf tournament man kind has ever created.
Our Masters insider Steve Garrison is coming to tell you all things Masters. From the food, to the atmosphere, to the kindness you can see around each corner. We have picks, we have winners, and maybe a surprise or 2. Money Mitch is here to tell you what he believes will happen and you’d be a fool to not listen. Not only is he the sharpest better in the land, but the man has found a way to complement his gambling skills with the absurd ability to shoot even rounds of golf right out of the sheets.
If you are looking for good golf we got it, good picks we got that too. This show is prepared for this moment and we are prepared to take on the opportunity.
Jon Rahm +1100
Matt Fitzpatrick +2400
Rory to miss the cut +500
See you on Sunday (except for Rory)

Possibly the worst weekend of gambling this great country has ever seen. No more excuses, no more crying, no more complaining. Tighten your boot straps and let’s get to work.
Valspar Open recap, Matty Fitzpatrick overcomes the blow up at the Players to get it done and of course the AI model got it right. The AI model is 1-0 on outright winners on this progrum and maybe just maybe it can do it again. The human brain has failed, the computer brain may succeed.

It’s bracket time. The first 4 games are over and it’s time the round of 64. It’s officially time for the real tournament. We have set up the perfect bracket along with the perfect lay out to an unbelievable march. Enjoy and please reset your brackets before it’s too late. The perfect bracket has officially been created.

Another 2nd place. One day we will have the opportunity to clip us prediction the winner of a golf tournament. One day that will happen. Matty Fitz finishes in 2nd place, but overall a good weekend from our boys.
Matty Fitz
Russell Henley
Corey Connors
All finish inside the top 20.
Solid weekend of prep and showing from our boys but would love to have a chance to hit a winner. Maybe this is the week.
Money Mitch joins the show and the combination of Mitch, the AI, model, and my brain we may have cracked the code to winning a golf tournament.

The 5th major has arrived. The Players Championship at TPC sawgrass is setting up to continue this run of great golf tournaments we have had to start this season. Some names we are focusing on heading into this week…
Si Woo Kim
Corey Connors
Russell Henley
Collin Morikawa
Let’s go win it boys

J joins the show in what was supposed to be a college basketball preview. This quickly turned into a roundtable discussion on NFL free agency, Golf, sarge4golfs future rise in the golf world, and finishing with the worst college basketball conference preview anyone has ever heard. Thanks for listening

We return to Bay Hill, the course that Palmer built. Some insight and analysis on what exactly we are looking for headed into this one. It’s a special tournament, it’s a tough tournament, but it’s a true test of golf. It’s not a race to 20 under. It’s a course that requires excellence at every aspect of the game of golf. Just how Arnold Palmer wants it.

THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA TOOK A TRIP ACROSS THE WORLD TO WIN GOLD OVER CANADA.
Imagine losing in the only sport you have. The only sport that people respect you for. America just walks in and takes it. Can you imagine the United States of America losing in football? Wouldn’t happen.
Jacob Bridgeman gets it done at the Genesis invitational. The Clemson Tiger gets his first win in the PGA tour and is off to an unbelievable start to his season.
College basketball is ramping up as we make through toward March.

Let’s talk Genesis at Riviera

Recapping the weekend that was. Waste Management open lived up to all the hype. Incredible Sunday. Our guy Siwoo fell just short of bringing hold the victory.
Jumping into the Pebble Beach Pro Am and what to expect from some of the top guys this weekend. Giving out all the picks and plays and the guys we think can have a real chance to bring the trophy home.
The fastest Super Bowl recap of alltime

A sports show has branched into sub categories. It’s time we lock in and focus on the golf. There is always a true start to a sports season. Obviously golf in 2026 has already been played, we’ve seen Scottie Scheffler hold up a trophy already in this season. But all true golf fans know that the PGA tour season begins when the rowdiest people on earth gather to watch 1 hole, the 16th at the waste management open in Scottsdale Arizona. The people’s open is where it should all begin.
We bring you what we believe goes into winning this tournament. Including some history, and statistical breakdown on how you can get it done. Stay tuned for the big underdog outright winners and a couple of first round bets for Thursday!

The Super Bowl is set and the New England Patriots are back in the big dance. Somehow the quickest rebuild in sports history has been completed and the cherry on top might just be a Lombardi. The Sam Darnold lead Seahawks and that defense might just have something to say about that. I love the Seahawks early, but much much more to discuss coming up.
UFC goes down in Vegas as the headlining American men lead the way after Justin Gaethje slapped around Paddy the Baddy and Suga Sean reminded Yadong why he’s still one of those guys in the UFC.

Indiana has won the college football national title. Somehow someway in the year 2026 Indiana is hoisting the trophy. Incredible year from Indiana and Curt Cignetti and Fernando Mendoza this team as a whole. We got an incredible game. Miami showed up and gave it all they had for 4 quarters. Couple of big mistakes changed this game and we learned that special teams win championships as a blocked punt and missed field goal is the difference in this one.
Conference Championships are set in the NFL. Patriots vs Broncos Seahawks vs Rams. Josh Allen and the Bills fall to Denver and the NFL world is rocked by the news that Bo Nix gets injured in the final moments and now we set up a Patriots vs Jarrett Stidham and the Broncos. Seahawks dominate the 49ers and the Rams go to Chicago and the magic of the Bears and Caleb Williams runs out.

CFP semifinal recap + Super wild card weekend + Indiana + Ice Man

The College Football Semifinal is here. Miami and Ole Miss head to Arizona to decide who will play for a national title. Ole Miss went to the wire with Georgia after dominating Tulane and now will face a Miami team with the most impressive wins of the season as they look to get to the national title for the ford time since 2001.
The rematch of Indiana and Oregon takes place in Atlanta and after what Indiana did to the South last week they look to plant another flag in one of our great states. Oregon, who is coming off a dominate win over Texas Tech, who we believed was as good as anyone, is playing as well as any team in the country. They are as talented as anyone in the country, and I think there is a world where the ducks find themselves back in the national title.
The NFL playoffs have arrived and we are in for a show. Anyone can win. Who do you believe in? Can the Seahawks and Sam Darnold actually win a Super Bowl? What about year 2 Bo Nix? Or Drake Maye? Can Josh Allen finally get over the hump with no Patrick Mahomes or Will Steezy Trevor Lawrence continue to put on a show. We are in for some fun.
The petal is the most fun I have had since the old national singing day and I know that’s bad but it’s so awesome. Thank you for my Ted Talk

The flu almost ended the show. Let’s talk some ball. Clemson moves on from OC Garrett Riley following a disaster of a season. What does this mean for Clemson moving forward? Who will the next guy be, and how much control of the offense will he actually have.
Round 1 of the CFP is complete and it went just about how we all thought it would. We recap some of the games and prepare for round 2 as we inch closer to some real football games in this playoff.
The NFL picture is shaping up and the Jacksonville Jaguars are doing things we have never seen, while the Patriots seem to be right back like they never left.
-
Bowls, bowls, bowl. We got bowl games and college football playoff games headed our way. Discussing all things to prepare you for the weekend. Can Alabama get revenge on Oklahoma or will Brent Venables continues to own Alabama. Can the scrappy underdog in Tulane or JMU get it done against the best of the best. Can Miami put on for the ACC? We will find out.
A little NFL as well, some big games coming this weekend with a lot of playoff implications on the line. All eyes on Denver as our Jags look to go win a big one on the road. Tune in, like, subscribe, resubscribe, follow. All the things.

What is a Michigan man? What does it mean to be a man from Michigan? In the eyes of some it is a honor placed upon you at birth, showing that you will be one of the highest and mightiest. But today, being a Michigan man has a much different meaning. Sherrone Moore FIRED from the University of Michigan. We only speak in facts.
This isn’t just a Sheronne Moore problem. It’s an institutional problem from the top down.
We also have NFL picks yay
-
Let’s talk committee. Did they get it wrong? Maybe. Will it matter? Probably not. Every year the best team has won the national title. I don’t expect that to change this season. But let’s talk about it.
Conference championship weekend, the downfall and rise back from the dead of the ACC, Georgia routes Bama, BYU gets canned from the Big 12 Title and the playoff, and Indiana. HOOO HOOO HOOOSIERS
A wonderful friend, supporter, and ball knower, Money Mitch, the legend, joins the program to discuss ball.
