The Course message does not change. It does not evolve into something else.
Ken Wapnick's teaching of the Course will always be the only teaching of the Course.
Every other teaching is either a duplicate or wrong. It says what it says.
When it comes to the message, trust in the book and Ken.
While the Course does not evolve; our understanding can deepen. There is a difference between changing the message and seeing the deepest meaning.
All paths lead to Him; and the Course is a particular path.

Some thoughts on magic.
There is no need to condemn magic. Like the ego, magic is nothing and nowhere and needs our belief in it for it to seem to come to life.
Perception's Law: "You see what you believe is there, and you believe it there because you want it there. Perception has no other law than this." (T Ch. 25.III)
Closing quote: "You are a miracle, capable of creating in the likeness of your Creator. Everything else is your own nightmare, and does not exist. Only the creations of light are real." (T Ch. 1.I) -

This is a request to like and subscribe.
I did it with video which can only be seen on my youtube channel. It's good you can't see it because the visual is terrible and I didn't try to look good!
I kind of thought I was in an echo chamber since I'm an unknown person without prominence in the Course community. I started doing this at the request of one single person. LOL I enjoy it and view it as a tribute to my beloved teacher, Ken Wapnick. I followed one path and had one teacher - so this is all I know.
Thank you for listening :-) -
Dreams of Convenience
This episode is about how the Course is inconvenient since our goal is to stay asleep. The Course awakens awareness of our great companion and we can see that we have a split mind. That mind both welcomes and resists the Course. We try to incorporate it into the dream as a compromise approach.
A "dream of convenience" as Freud said, serves two purposes: 1. it satisfies a wish and 2. it safeguards sleep. The dream serves as "the guardian of sleep" and, in that sense, every dream is a dream of convenience.
Through forgiveness, we change the purpose of the dream and transcend the dream of convenience. -

The Gifts of God: "The Dream of Fear" -
The world we seem to live in arose from the idea of murder - giving rise to the ideas of sin, guilt, and fear. Every corner of this place that is not our home is 100% hate. The way out is to ask Jesus for help; take his hand; and look with him. We don't try to change the dream - not what we think, say, or do or what anyone else thinks, says, or does. We can't change the dream. We can choose to change our mind about it.
Peace on your journey. May it be gently lit by miracles. -
Just some Sunday thoughts on what we're looking at with Jesus.
Jesus says we are steadfastly devoted to misery and that we need to first recognize we are miserable and not happy. "The Holy Spirit cannot teach without this contrast because we believe that misery is happiness." When there are conditions under which the Holy Spirit cannot teach, there are conditions under which we cannot learn.
It is essential we look at the darkness - in fact, it's all there is to see with the bodies eyes while we seem to walk the earth. We can experience a reflection of the truth when we forgive which means we look upon our choice for the ego without judgment. We can only do that with Jesus or the HS.
Thank you for listening. I appreciate you being here. :-) -
The Truth does not depend on illusions. In order to feel the mercy and beauty of the Course, do not use anything that you believe you perceive to operate as a block to the awareness of Heaven. Defenses only seem to work because we want them to work. There is no need to dream of an escape from dreaming. As the Course states "...escape depends, not on the dream, but only on awakening."

As Workbook Lesson 182 states: "You have not lost your innocence. It is for this you yearn. This is your heart's desire. This is the voice you hear, and this the call which cannot be denied."
We cannot want the false innocence of the "face of innocence" - the innocence that proclaims another is guilty. We look at that face in order to look beyond it and stop deceiving ourselves. Nothing outside of us can bring happiness and Peace to us, but there is nothing outside of us. The Truth is all there is and everything else is our own nightmare. -

This audio is about efforts to oversimplify A Course in Miracles, cut it down to size, and lower its level of difficulty and intellectual content. The Course's theoretical bases involve intellectual exercises because they are set in an earthly frame - the world of illusion and madness. That is how Jesus reaches through a seemingly impossible brick wall of "proof" that the world is real.
I wish for you safe travels on your journey to the home you never left. ☮️💟 -
This is another spontaneous audio - unpolished and with room for lots more on the subject.
Ken Wapnick was right about the Course!
More importantly, we want and need him to be right!
Ken taught what Jesus taught in his Course.
It's a unique path in form but not content.
There is no other path in the world like the Course.
To take away the uncompromising nature of it, is to take away its meaning and beauty.
There is heaven or hell; everything or nothing; Truth or illusion; God or the ego - and of these, you choose but one.
Don't try to shove Heaven (Level One) into hell (level two) - not because it's sinful or evil - but only because it won't make you happy. The effort will preserve the nightmare of what we made of ourselves; it will preserve pain, fear, and guilt as well as grievances and judgment. It will mean that something real can be threatened.
Other paths lead to God, we just don't have to call them A Course in Miracles.
That is my only effort. I wouldn't call another path "the Course path" the same way I wouldn't call an apple an egg.
Thank you for listening.
Peace. - Visa fler
