It’s the uncut, unedited weekend edition of Opinions Matter - Get It Off Your Chest!
Adrian & Jeremy take a nostalgic but totally inappropriate trip back to the days of “page three” in tabloids, and why it even existed in the first place.
Then Jeremy nearly walks into a “Brazilian massage” place in town looking for a shoulder rub… until a quick Google reveals what the “full treatment” and a “four-handed massage” really means. Imagine the scandal.
Plus: Bounty bars, coconut stuck in your teeth, popcorn choking in the cinema, Lilt being “gone”, and the big question—what words would you never use in front of your ma? -
A Deliveroo driver is ambushed outside a Subway on the Malahide Road — two teenage scrotes try to rob his €2,500 electric bike with an angle grinder, and he ends up fighting to get his bike and phone back.
Adrian & Jeremy speak to Allencar (from Brazil, here on a student visa) about what happened, and ask why people stood and watched instead of stepping in.
Then the debate kicks off: should delivery drivers be allowed carry pepper spray or some kind of weapon for protection… or is that a disaster waiting to happen?
Plus: “danger area” maps, scrambler bikes, Garda powers, and callers tearing strips off each other. -

On this episode of Opinions Matter, Adrian & Jeremy take on the backlash after the Belfast riots — and the bizarre sight of people down south praising loyalists “like we’re all united now”, while the same gangs will be burning tricolours on 11th night bonfires in a few weeks.
They ask how anyone calling themselves a “patriot” can cheer on riots that saw homes targeted and families terrified. -

A listener, James, says Ireland has “gone to the dogs” and blames immigration for the country no longer being safe...that sparks a heated debate: is immigration the problem, or are we making blanket statements off the back of one shocking case? -
On this episode of Opinions Matter, Amy gets in touch from holidays in Marbella after witnessing hotel staff demand a father “prove” a teenage girl was his daughter — and the police end up being called when he refuses to cooperate.
Adrian argues you can’t be too careful when it comes to child safety, while Jeremy says it’s a disgusting insult and that dads are being profiled in a way mothers never are.
Live callers weigh in with their own stories from airports, hotels and even a shocking incident of abuse on holidays.
Plus, stay listening for your chance to win an Opinions Matter travel mug. -

On this episode we heard from Jeff who was reacting to episode 1318 (Mum Accused of "Sexualising Her Children" Over Words She's Teaching Them)...who went on to say parents need to teach their kids to me more tolerant of Gay parents.
He told us how his 10 year old son is being picked on because he has two Dads.
-
It’s Opinions Matter Extra – the uncut, unedited weekend episode where Adrian and Jeremy chat pure “bollocksology” while the Facebook audience builds… and it goes everywhere.
Jeremy marks the anniversary of an anti-vaxxer’s “you’ll be dead in five years, clot boy” tweet… only to declare he’s officially cheated death.
Then it’s onto the important stuff: why rounds only suit big drinkers, how to make fish fingers, chips, beans and even a battered Mars bar sound posh with ChatGPT… and a full-on row over whether Ireland has any decent tourist attractions at all. -
We are shocked by what we heard on Opinions Matter today about the man in the estate in Tallaght and the claims by various locals that he is danger to local children.... They have branded him a "predator" and say that local children are "unsafe".
They told us about they believes he is "grooming" local children and that parents need to be highly vigilant!!!
We are also speechless by the number of parents in Tallaght (in various estates) who have gotten in touch to say that they no longer feel safe letting their children out to play!!!
We have had reports from various locals who say they have seen a local man exposing himself while children play nearby!
They say Tallaght is now a "no go" for children....
We did not realise that things were that bad in Tallaght - the number of messages we got from worried parents is huge!

A WhatsApp lands from Jay about his mate Andre (20) who’s been kicked out of home after his parents found a bag of cocaine in his bedroom. Now Andre is sleeping in a car in Shankill and washing in the gym — and the big question explodes: did his Mam and Dad do the right thing, or is it “shame on you” for making your own child homeless?
Adrian says there has to be consequences when someone brings drugs into the family home. Jeremy argues love should be unconditional. -
A shocking video from a Centra in Dun Laoghaire has gone viral...a gang of teenagers wrecking the shop, squaring up to staff and security, knocking over shelves and causing absolute mayhem in broad daylight.
Adrian and Jeremy ask the big question: what can actually be done about feral anti-social behaviour when there’s “no consequences”, and where were the Gardaí when the station is only minutes away?
Callers and voice notes describe a rampage through the area, assaults outside McDonald’s, terrified families, and claims the same gang were back at it again today.
And then… a message lands blaming the show for posting the video — and defending the “nephew” in it. -
A heartbreaking email lands in the studio and Adrian & Jeremy debate a topic they nearly didn’t do. “Brian” (not his real name) is a married Dad of two girls, 7 and 11… and he says he’s secretly gay.
He insists he’s never “been up to all sorts” — but admits he’s kissed two men on drunken nights out and is terrified of the fallout if he tells his wife.
Should he come clean now, or stay quiet to protect his kids from embarrassment and bullying? -
A devastated mum gets in touch after her 16-year-old son “snapped” after years of bullying and battered one of the lads tormenting him. Now the bully’s parents are threatening to press charges… and she’s terrified her boy could end up with a criminal record for life.
Adrian and Katie ask the hard question: is fighting back ever justified, or was this assault completely disproportionate?
As callers pile in, the details of the bullying are shocking (including a message that left listeners raging), and the debate turns explosive: self-defence, breaking point, consequences… and where the line actually is. -
It’s the weekend uncut chaos of Opinions Matter Extra, and Adrian & Jeremy and Katie, this week... wait until you hear about Jers awkward moment with a "pregnant" woman on the luas and why he refuses to pay condolences to a friend. You'll enjoy this!
