After bouncing back from a near career ending injury in 2010 Conor has continued to defy critics by turning in consistently brilliant performances, and only narrowly missing out on the win on a number of occasions. He balances race life with family life, and a side line career as 'the Coffeeman'. He takes us through how he makes it all happen, and his plans for 2024.

Annette is one of the most recognisable faces working in British television today. Since she started in 1975 she's appeared in nearly 200 TV shows, and films, and is also a very well respected theatre actor. She is perhaps best known for her roles in Eastenders, Dr Who, Ted Lasso, Big Boys and Midsomer Murders. We caught up with her in-between rehearsals for a festive production of Hansel and Gretel at The Globe Theatre.

Since coming off the show he's established some incredibly popular podcasts, appeared in numerous tv shows, and started his own confectionary company - Candy Kittens.
