Morning world 🌎 in this episode I share my thoughts on self-belief, where it isn't just screaming in the mirror "I believe in myself" repeatedly, much rather for belief to generate you must put yourself in places that are temporarily discomforting to help you generate parts of yourself you didnt think existed. Most successful people, we have heard say how much they truly did not like the process, but they know staying in it helped them to grow, develop and believe they can.
