Brooke Schultz is a lifestyle and happiness coach, and today we're having the extremely important conversation about self-care and self-love. Two things we don't think we have time for - BUT MUST MAKE TIME FOR!

The highlights of this episode of 2 Psyched Mamas include:

Why self-care is one of the hardest things that we do, but YOU MUST make it a priority if you want to avoid exhaustion. How to discover the self-care ritual that will rejuvenate you and enrich your life, even if you only have 5-minutes. How to push through and get past the guilt of doing something for yourself. The tangled web of self-care and self-love and why one can't exist without the other.

    About Brooke:

Brooke Schultz is a lifestyle and happiness coach. After completing her master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy as well as receiving extensive training in Mental Health Counseling, she started applying for jobs but something just didn’t feel right
the 9-5 hours limiting how many clients she could serve and the restricting rules to adhere to
she knew she was destined to create a bigger impact. Shortly after, she began working as a coach and hasn’t looked back since. Through being a coach, Brooke has the ability to connect with and help clients on a deeper level than every before. She has always loved working with people on their personal development and relationships. In fact, at the young age of 5 years old, her parents would pretend to fight so she could coach them through it. What was cute at the time for her parents fostered her immense passion for coaching and helping individuals. Brooke strives to build strong relationships with all her clients and make them feel like family.

This passion has never diminished and in fact has gotten stronger with time. Brooke feels so blessed to have the life that she has now and that the universe has given her the opportunity to help others do the same. Learn more about Brooke at https://www.brookeeschultz.com
