International Women’s Day was yesterday and its theme this year has been #ChooseToChallenge
So why are we carrying on for one more day? Because these challenges don’t end on the 9th of March
This is the last episode of the series, but it is a reminder to keep challenging stereotypes, recognising and changing our biases, and moving forward for a better world for ourselves and the women to come.
This conversation discusses intelligence with Linette. This topic has a lot of parallels to physical strength but just the same, we need to stop being worried about intimidating people without intelligence and get it out there in whatever form it takes!

the action of singling someone out for cruel or unjust treatment.
This is a word that has become a point of shame for victims more than the people who are treating them this way - we need to change that.
While the numbers of women who have been abused (physically or emotionally) are staggering, women are not defined by the things that have happened to them.
