  • Welcome to episode 5 with Steph Pase! Steph is the powerhouse and mum of two behind @justanothermummyblog. She empowers and guides other households to re-organise their homes through her online social media platform and her own created and designed organisation planners and notepads. Outside of her successful business, she also has had an incredible rollercoaster of a health and fitness journey, that she shares with us on today’s podcast. From weight gain, to only feeding herself 600 calories a day, to getting back to normalcy and living a healthy and balanced lifestyle with her family, she shares all the challenges she’s had along the way with her ever changing body. The main lesson learnt is to accept all phases of life and the changes your body will experience with it. Riley, Sophie and Steph also share helpful tips that can help you detach from unrealistic health and beauty expectations and attach to true acceptance, love and appreciation for your body. At the end of the day you only have one life, so it’s time to get off the scales, stop looking in the mirror and start doing what feels good for your mind and body! And of course, it wouldn’t be a Drink More Water episode without the weekly recommendations!

  • On this week’s episode of ‘Drink More Water’ Riley and Soph discuss investing in yourself. They begin the episode by telling you their weekly highs and lows with Riley discussing the incredible, eye-opening experience she has at the business emersion. Soph’s high was having Sam home from work for a week and the slow Sunday morning they had and her low which was the cry she had over the smallest thing due to her being on period. The girls then get into the importance of investing in your business, self-development, and health discussing the importance of identifying the top three things you value most in life. Riley and Soph challenge you to identify and interrogate your values and ensure they align with all aspects of your life. Riley discusses her business investments such as a business coach, a coach for fitness and health. Finally, the girls wrap up the main discussion chatting about the importance of surrounding yourself with supportive, inspiring, uplifting friends and people and how some relationships are built on trauma bonding. For the ‘Ask Us 3’ the girls answer your questions about if they find it hard to set themselves apart from other social media influences, if they exercise on their periods and feel guilty if they miss a session and what their thoughts are on marriage and kids. Soph introduces a new segment to the podcast, ‘Weekly Recommendations’, where the girls recommend something they were loving that week.
