  • Hey there, and welcome back to another open-hearted episode where I discuss some things I know all of us go through.

    This episode is all about opening yourself up to fear and past trauma and working with your inner self to learn from it and get past it. It’s also about finding balance in a new (or old) environment.

    I myself have been going through that since I’m in my parents’ house now and I had to reclaim some space for myself so I can build a healthy routine again.

    But this won’t be the only thing I’m discussing today.

    I’ll also be touching on something that’s very important for me, and that’s exercise. A healthy body and a healthy mind, that’s what they say, right?

    It's your responsibility to discover your balance, to discover your purpose, to discover what works for you. Because what works for you won’t work for anyone else.

    And one way I have found that can help through this self-discovery journey is exercising, because your relationship with yourself is the most important and your reality is a direct reflection of how you feel within yourself.
