Lauri Reuter is a former biotech scientist who went over to the venture capital side. He is now founder and partner at Nordic Foodtech VC, managing a fund of 42 million Euros. The focus is to invest in "deep foodtech" in the Nordic and Baltic region, identifying research projects and innovations that could have a great sustainability impact and are yet to be commercialized.
