Jest autorem licznych esejów na temat thelemy, z których część została przetłumaczona na języki angielski, francuski i portugalski.
Anna Orzech podąża ścieżką thelemy od ponad 20 lat. Współpracowała z wydawnictwem Lashtal Press, gdzie zajmowała się składem publikacji, organizowała konferencje, a także tłumaczyła poezję Aleistera Crowleya. W ramach działalności Ordo Templi Orientis przez 5 lat była skarbnikiem jednej z największych lóż na świecie – Ameth Lodge w Londynie. Zorganizowała międzynarodową konferencję thelemiczną w Londynie oraz dziesiątki wykładów i warsztatów Lona Milo DuQuette’a w Europie. Przez 10 lat współtworzyła magazyn Neszer – kilkudziesięciostronicowy, kolorowy kwartalnik polskiej sekcji O.T.O., odpowiadając również za jego oprawę graficzną. Obecnie pełni funkcję mistrzyni Loży 93 w Trójmieście oraz kapłanki w Ecclesia Gnostica Catholica.
