Thank you so much to Coach K for coming on the podcast to discuss what the winning mentality and what being a winner truly means. Coach K was a student-athlete at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in exercise science in 2014. After graduating, he continued on to obtain a master's degree in health science from Saint Francis in 2016. Since then, Coach K has worked at various universities and is currently the Director of Sports Performance at Shippensburg University. He continues to impact student-athletes and inspires them to achieve the ultimate winning mentality. Coach K is someone who truly embodies a true winner's mentality and his wisdom is heard in this episode. Enjoy :)
