Do you like iced tea? Do you like lemonade? Well, put 'em together and you've got you an ARNOLD PALMER, one of the best drinks in the world.
On this episode of Love In Brief we do our first of two Pride month episodes to explore a vastly under-explored topic -- bisexuality!
Imagine loving a good Arnie Palmie in the Summer, and the tea people telling you you don't fit, and the lemonade telling you you're probably just in a tea phase.
That can be what being bisexual feels like -- you love all kinds of people, but people in the straight camp think you're gay and people in the gay camp think you're straight, and some real hosers just think you're confused.
On the other hand, boy does it have its upsides! Imagine finding people of multiple genders attractive, and seeing opportunities for love and lust all over! On this episode RY and Lola talk to @untraditionalnormal [Reddit, Tumblr, X, BlueSky] and @NorthernLifeAB [FL] about what it's like being bisexual, how it integrates with their ABDL kink, and what makes loving all kinds of people wonderful.
SHOW NOTE - Find the list of famous Bi people at the Bi.org famous people list.

Have you ever wanted to explore a D/s relationship? Or maybe just some fun play? Playing with power dynamics can be suuuuuuuper fun, but it's helpful to know a bit about how they work, what can make them great, and how to negotiate those dynamics.
On this episode of LIB, RY and Lola welcome partners @DynamicDiem (FL) and @subslxt (FL) to talk about their D/s dynamic, the principles by which they practice, and they joy of power exchange (with plenty of ABDL talk wedged in there just to keep your interest, you ol' perv you).

On this quarterly Question Round-Up, RY and Lola tackle such diverse topics as when to tell your spouse about trying ABDL, when caregiving turns into codependency, how sub-communities fraction, how to make ABDL friends, how to get over internalized shame, and (just for funsies) a day in the life of a 24/7 diaper-wearer named Lola!

Life gets so much richer with the crazy, exhilarating, deep fun of kink (and especially ABDL) doesn’t it? Have you ever wondered what *else* in the ABDL world and the kink world could be really rewarding? Maybe even wondered if some of your previous self-imposed boxes might be ready for some dismantling?
On this episode, RY and Teddy talk to @ComfortablyCrinkly (IG) and @Mrs.BabyPants (IG) about how they have expanded their own boundaries inside of ABDL and outside of it, how they have tried new things to see how they feel, even taken on new roles and dynamics they thought they might never take on. And, more importantly, how their lives have changed as a result.

AT LONG LAST, it is here! We have had a two-week radio silence since CAP; there were some technical glitches with the audio, so we had to ship it off to our audio pro friends Mr November (FL) and Dadbaud (IG) to clean it up and make it listenable. And they pulled it off!
It was a really, really fabulous live episode with incredible questions and an amazing group of attendees and panel, so we didn't want you to miss it.
This live episode recorded at CAPCon 2026 starts with RY, Lola and Teddy reflecting on CAPCon 2026, then into the actual live episode audio. Thanks for bearing with it; I promise it's worth the extra work to listen closely.
And a huge thanks to our panel : BabyMisty, Nikki Love, and ComfortablyCrinkly all knocked it out of the park!

It’s almost time, IT’S ALMOST TIME… the biggest ABDL event of the year, CAPCon, is just a couple of weeks away, and we want to give YOU a preview of the fun, some helpful hints for packing and preparing, and some advice on how to have your very best CAPCon Experience. Not going this year? That’s OK, it’s still a fun episode for those who are even considering going in the future!
On this episode, RY, Lola, and Teddy talk to Nito and Ruka, two CAPCon staffers and long-time CAPCon organizers, about this year’s festivities and what surprises might be right around the corner.
(Aaaand, listen for the “secret handshake” from RY that unlocks a giveaway exclusively for LIB listeners attending CAPCon! [while supplies last])

It's our first crossover episode! On this episode, you get all three LIB hosts -- RY, Lola, and Teddy connect with two of the hosts of In The Nook, Noah and Fancy, to find out what is going on with our community, where the "mainstream" ABDL community (or "straight" community, though that is a bit of a misnomer) and the gay men's ABDL community meet. It's a rich discussion about commonalities, differences, and where we can learn from each other. And most of all it's just 5 ABDL podcast hosts enjoying some chat together. We hope you really enjoy!

In part two of our series on the hardest times in our lives and how we have found our way out of them, RY and Lola pick up with Bradly (FL/Tumblr) and Elektra (Tumblr/FL) to talk about how they found their way back out of the dark spaces and into a new kind of life.
This second half of our discussion looks at real, practical paradigm-shifts and next-steps that can be taken when you realize something needs to change, and how to move forward and rebuild after losing the life you knew. We hope for those in a tough spot, this episode gives you both some hope and practical advice on how you can find your own way out. And for those who haven't hit those times, we hope this advice sticks with you in case you find yourself needing to bounce back.

Many of us have had a time in life where we have hit rock-bottom: unexpected life-changes have hit, major life plans haven't worked out, relationships have failed, or we needed to escape an impossible situation with nothing. In those moments where we have bottomed-out, first we needed to survive... and then we needed to find a way back up.
In this two-part series, RY and Lola talk with Bradly (FL/Tumblr) and Elektra (Tumblr/FL) about those times where we have hit our absolute lowest point, including what got us there, the truths we needed to tell ourselves, and how we knew it was time for a change (and not the fun kind, the really hard kind). In the next episode, we'll look at how we each found our way out and through to bounce back stronger than ever!
If you have been through a rock-bottom, we hope you find a little of your own story in these stories, and we hope this discussion helps you feel seen. And in the next episode, we hope it even helps you begin to find your way out!

It's that time of year again, RY's favorite episode of the year EVERY year: the New Year's Celebration! This year's question was "what are ways in 2025 you took steps toward loving yourself and your ABDL kink more?"... and boy oh boy did the ABDL community respond!
This episode features YOUR voices and stories as RY and Lola and Teddy read and listen to how YOU took positive steps toward self-love, self-acceptance, and building relationship and community this year. It feels like payday, and we had more responses than ever this year by a landslide!
We hope you relish this long-form celebration, and return to it on the days you feel disheartened or stuck with your ABDL kink. It turns out, there are steps you can take to move forward, and even to fall in love with yourself and your kink.

Ho ho ho, MERRY CHRISTMAS! It's RY Clause here, sneaking down your chimney to drop one little extra present under your tree -- it's a Winter Question Round-Up!
On this episode of LIB, RY and Lola tackle questions about: How to stop the binge & purge cycleMaking friends onlineFinding your everyday rhythm with your little side (even if you don't engage it every day)How to consider consent when you have others living in your homeBody image in ABDL participation
Boy, that sounds like a lot when you put it that way, doesn't it? But we are leaning on our years of experience talking to others in the community and learning from their expertise, so we promise to get right to it and get you home before Christmas dinner.
This episode also comes with a heaping side of *special ask of YOU, the LIB listener* as we prepare for our NYE episode. (Hint hint - we want YOU on the podcast, which is coming out New Year's Day, so jump on it!) Thanks in advance for your help, we can't wait to have you join our New Year's celebration!

As a part of our Makers Series celebrating those in the ABDL community who step up to make something for all of us to enjoy, Lola and RY talk to Daisy from LNGU (LNGU-ABDL.com), a French diaper company that has been growing by leaps and bounds.
Daisy talks about how LNGU got started, how a girls' sleepover night turned into an idea for a new kind of diaper, and how evolution of a diaper brand involves a lot of trial-and-learning while keeping the core spirit of customer want/need alive.
So, be a "Happiness Monitor" yourself by tuning in to this episode to meet another fabulous Maker -- LNGU! -
Really excited to be back with a new episode, and one featuring the fabulous Teddy as co-host! Teddy has been world-traveling and experiencing all kinds of new places, experiences, and Love, and so glad to have him bring all of that back to us so we can learn from him.
This week, Teddy and RY have a spiritual-successor to our "Awesome Aces" ep (#46), this time focused on Demisexuality! On this episode, our guests @LilMissPumpkin (FL) and @SlothOnTheRocks (FL) talk with us about their experiences coming to identify as demisexual, what demisexuality is and isn't for them, offer some brilliant tips for navigating your own sexuality, whatever it may be, and dig into what it's like to be both Demi + ABDL.
It's a whole lot of learnin' and way more talk about amusement parks than you would expect from a sex podcast. So buckle up (or at least make sure your riding harness is nice and tight) for a fabulous ride into Demisexuality! -
Some of us are Bigs, or Tops, or Dom(mes). Some of us are Littles, or Bottoms, or subs... and some of us (including yours truly) love to be BOTH! This is an episode all about SWITCHING, and Lola and I are proud to welcome our new friends LALady (LALadyinMS on Tumblr) and Carp (carptrout on Tumblr) to talk about finding the weird wonderful world of ABDL switching, how to navigate switching with a partner, and how switching works in our particular couplehoods.
Of course, there are as many ways to switch as there are switchy folks and couples, so this is far from the last episode on the subject! But we wanted to bring one couples' perspective together with our own, and we hope you enjoy learning along with us.
So turn off the lights (use the switch), may get some warmup domming/subbing in (use the switch), and get ready to talk about SWITCHING! -
It's Summer Blow-Out Time, and our deals have gotten CRAZY!
On this Question Round-Up we cover not our usual six... not seven... but EIGHT questions from you, our listeners! (I figured if I put it in caps it looks more impressive...) We talk about how to do 24/7 when you work in an office, how to experience little space *without* diapers, how to respond to your partner's disgust with your fetish, how to set up a scene, and even the origin story on Lola's "Messy Monday" posts. All that and more, *and* a beautiful testimonial from a listener on the impact of community and self-acceptance on their life.
So, come on in to LIB's Big Summer Blow-out (not that kind of blowout) and feel the savings wrapped around you like a warm... well, you know!

Have you ever wondered what a Nappy Nipper is?? Have you always felt a dull, aching longing in your soul for whatever terrycloth toweling is? Did you ever put on a disposable diaper and think, "that was waaaaaay too easy?" If so, you may be ready to try cloth diapers!
On this episode of Love in Brief, RY and Lola talk with @ExecBaby (FL) and Liv (@NewbornABDL on IG / babygirlandmommy496 on Tumblr) about all things cloth diapers-- how they work, tips and tricks for using them, and why a big chunk of ABDLs are hopelessly devoted to these awesome diapers.

You know how sometimes you really really want to play diapers and play kink and do all sorts of nasty, unseemly things to yourself and/or your partner(s)? And then, kind of inexplicably, a few days or weeks later you could kind of care less about kink or ABDL play?
It's easy to get down or hard on ourselves during the times when our kink drive or sex drive wanes, and today's discussion, RY and Teddy talk with Bonsai_Baby (FL/IG) and Blinkxz (FL) about why our kink can ebb and flow, and what to do when that happens. (Hint-- love yourself well, and cut yourself some slack!)

We get a lot of questions about faith and how it interacts (or doesn’t) with kink and ABDL. So we thought it was time to revisit this topic, and we brought along a couple of our beloved friends who are also people with big faith!
On this episode, RY and Lola interview TiniestTyrant (FL) and Little-Librarian (FL) on their faith, their kink, and how they have tackled some of the big questions that come up when the two intersect in the same person.
Our guests recommend these two resources if you are interested in more!
