On the 50th episode of Birdcore, Sam and Sham are joined by Ben Percifield, one of the most interesting people they know. Fluent in Mandarin and havig lived in Beijing, Ben is also a Strategy Director who's worked on brands such as Hellman’s, Pepsi, Kraft Dinner, Kraft Mac and Cheese, Bagel Bites and more. He’s worked as an all you can eat sushi waiter, uber delivery biker and handyman. He Worked in investor relations at the office of the secretary of the board of directors for China's largest wind turbine manufacturer (first in my bloodline to read that sentence). Above all of these careers and jobs, he most recently started a full-time career as a father.
The trio talks about Ben's experience living in Beijing, travelling to Iran, and working in advertising. He teaches us Mandarin and even comes bearing gifts.
