There is a real ebb and flow to progress, and when you have the time and the persistence to figure out what that ebb and flow is for you, you’re golden. And, oddly enough, I learned this from one source. And, that one source I learned this from is through my work and ending up feeling exhausted.

Something I learned the hard way is this idea around knowing something and completing something. I stayed in the ‘knowing’ space a long time by reading, and researching, and visualizing my work. Then came time to complete something – like, write a book, or record a webinar, or update my website. So, today’s topic is about you, and can you say that you’ve completed something, or do you say you know something. There is a difference and let’s talk about it.

This topic of reassurance puts us knee deep in psychology. And, you all know I’m not a therapist or psychologist, so I’ve turned to the expert teachings of some of the best therapists out there. For some unknown reason, I connected being my own boss with being nothing but a struggle. I mean everything. I made everything a struggle. How do I stay motivated? Well, I have a number of ways. Some motivation is just part of me. In other words, I don’t think about it, I’m just what I call “inner motivated”.
