This week on the Ad Lib Podcast, we have a number of new movies to review including 'Memory' starring Jessica Chastain and directed by Michel Franco, 'The Zone of Interest' directed by Jonathan Glazer and Malaysian horror film Tiger Stripes which had its world premiere at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival and is directed by Amanda Nell Eu. We will also be reviewing Netflix's live action adaptation of 'Avatar The Last Airbender'!
Apart from that we also have some trailers to react to, including one for 'Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree' which is the new DLC releasing on June 21st bringing a new area, weapons, skills and obviously bosses! We also have trailers for Roku's 'The Spiderwick Chronicles', a new Bill Skarsgård high octane action movie called 'Boy Kills World' as well as 'Borderlands' based on the acclaimed video games with an impressive cast including Cate Blanchett, Kevin Hart, Jamie Lee Curtis and Jack Black!
We also have some important news to look at, as ‘Game of Thrones’ Bosses Confirm Film Trilogy Ending Got Blocked; AT&T Execs Asked Them to Shoot Vertically So Episodes Could Fit on Phones, and we also get more indications for this year's Oscars with the 2024 SAG Awards announced this weekend!

Finally, we will be reviewing Hulu's latest coming-of-age drama film 'Suncoast'.
Apart from that we also have some trailers to react to, including one for 'Damsel' starring Millie Bobby Brown. We also have a new 'Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire' Trailer to enjoy, with the MonsterVerse back in full stride! Robert Downey Jr seems to be having a lot of fun in the trailer for - Park Chan Wook's 'The Sympathizer' and it's nostalgia galore as we have a look at the first trailer for 'X-Men '97', with all the important characters like Cyclops, Wolverine and Jean Grey making an appearance, together with the enigmatic Magneto.
We also have some important news to look at, as Marvel’s ‘The Fantastic Four’ Lands Its Cast and the first ‘Dune: Part Two’ Reactions Call It “Spectacular,” “Masterful,” and Compare It to ‘Lord of The Rings’, whilst ‘Oppenheimer’ Scores Most Wins at 2024 BAFTAs!

For Ep. 59 we will be reacting to the latest 'NEXT ON NETFLIX' trailer, showing upcoming movies and series for 2024 (including a Squid Game Season 2 update!). For Ep. 58 we've got loads of movie goodness to get into with 3 trailers to react to with Dev Patel's directorial debut 'Monkey Man', Sydney Sweeney starring in the first 'Immaculate' Trailer and another A24 feature starring Julia Louis-Dreyfus named 'Tuesday'.
We also have a bunch of movie reviews for you today with 'Mean Girls' finally releasing in Malta this week as well as our review of the first two episodes of 'Masters of the Air' which recently released on AppleTV+ starring Austin Butler, Callum Turner and Barry Keoghan.
