How many houses have YOU lived in? We've practically lost count – but we still have some good stories to regale you with about our time being beholden unto some landlord or other, afraid to stick nails in the walls and praying the pipes wouldn't freeze in the winter. The joys!

Virgin River Season 4 is out and we. are. riveted. Well… not exactly, but we're watching!
This truly is the show that has everything. Drug dealers! Child abduction! Traumatic brain injury! Stroke! A bar shooting! PTSD! Unrequited love! A hardworking single mom! A bereaved midwife! Ye Olde Renaissance Faire! A pilot having a heart attack while flying a small plane! Young love! Old love!
Believe it or not, none of the above is a spoiler for the fourth season of Virgin River, Netflix's bizarre mish mash of Saving Private Ryan, Hart of Dixie and Grey's Anatomy. Or something.
We have many, many thoughts.
Oh AND! We didn't get nominated for a THING in the Irish Podcast Awards! An outrage! A shock! An abomination!
However, you can still vote for us in the Listeners' Choice Awards, here. Please, please, please vote for us – and if you have more than one email address, please vote for us multiple times! You know how much we love validation, WE NEED THIS.
If you'd like MORE Not Without My Sister, check us out on Patreon.com/notwithoutmysister, where you'll get an extra bonus episode each week AND access to our regular episodes early and ad-free. We appreciate any and all support – it helps with production costs and encourages us to keep going.
Once more (with feeling): if you haven't already, please leave us a five-star rating (and a review!) wherever you get your podcasts. It helps other people find us and helps push us up the charts, which is more important to us than it should be.

I chat to Erica Cody about the mad couple of years she's had, from Dancing With the Stars to her new single and being one of Ireland's leading voices of the Black Lives Matter Movement. Cian Sullivan and James O'Hagan of Sissy That Pod and Queer Classified join me to chat through the week's entertainment stories. We discuss K-Fed's dastardly attempts to make Britney look bad, Kim and Pete and the Kardashian publicity machine, and the new documentary exposing the truth behind the success of Victoria's Secret.

We're all on board with wedding lists, but is a birthday gift list ever okay? We're talking about learning important life lessons, buying gifts for kids and what birthday gifts we'd like for ourselves (even if we'd never publicise it)!
Let us know what YOU think, and whether or not you'd be grateful for a little gift wish list tucked in with a kids' birthday party invitation!

'On the one hand, we all want to be happy. On the other hand, we all know the things that make us happy. But we don't do those things. Why? Simple, we are too busy. Too busy doing what? Too busy trying to be happy'.
After my conversations with Courtney Smith and Bonnie Ryan I wanted to speak to Gerry Hussey about the themes emerging from The Good Glow this season. Signs, connecting with 5 star moments, and how we can take down the mask and do the things that really make us happy.

This week Kelli and Troy wanted to take a step back from the purely rotted people of Hollywood and talk about someone who is just a bit moldy so to speak. Channing Tatum, the dancing, stripping Hollywood hunk is their focus for the week and boy does his blind item life go against his public persona. They end the week with an AMA, Troy of course talks about Britney's pregnancy and the hosts get to know one another a little bit better!

Before the full description we want to put a big ol TRIGGER WARNING over the entire episode! This week Troy takes Kelli to the west coast and teaches her all about the Richards/Hilton sisters. This episode does sprinkle in a few of the other RHOBH members but the main focus is on the three sisters. From Kyle's alleged deal with Andy to Kim's addiction and Kathy's acting, this episode is a rotted ride from start to finish.

We discuss calling in sick, cancelling appointments and special ordering bread (totally normal behaviour) in this episode of NWMS.
