Der var også en sag, hvor politiet ikke kunne fastslå, hvordan personen døde. Jesper Helge Hansen blev 27 år gammel. Han blev fundet i en vaskekælder i udkanten af Svendborg med kraniebrud og brud på brystkassen. Han efterlod sig en halvtom lejlighed, en masse spørgsmål og en fireårig søn. 27 år efter følger vi hans søn Adrian i hans søgen efter svar. Hvem var hans far egentlig? Hvad er det for et liv, som leder op til så brutal en død? Hvem slog ham ihjel?
