Dagens gjest har fått mye oppmerksomhet for sine 3 siste bøker som gravende journalist. Niels Chr. Geelmuyden er statsviter, journalist og forfatter. Særlig kjent er han for sine over 600 portrettintervjuer. Geelmuyden har mottatt flere ærespriser for sin skriving, blant annet Gullpennen, Fritt Ords Honnør og Vestfolds Litteraturpris.
De siste årene har han vært en viktig premissleverandør i ernæringsdebatten gjennom sine kritiske bøker om produksjon av mat og drikke, blant annet bestselgerne Sannheten på bordet og Sannheten i glasset, med over 25 000 solgte eksemplarer. Bøkene Pillebefinnende og Fordelene med å bli 50 har høstet fantastisk kritikk!

Q1: How to organize space and get rid of junk! I live in a small rambler and I don’t have separate rooms for my office or work area. My family has great intentions on keeping areas organized but things turn into a hot mess within a day or two. Q2: Hey Ange, I’ve heard you say that you’re really strict about getting on the phone, and also that how you enrol 8-10/month. How do you support these people? Do you do wellness consults (and how) and what’s the ongoing follow up? I would love be more streamlined so that I’m being more efficient but also effectively supporting my people. I have a lot of sharers but not many builders so a lot of the support is my role and as my business expands I’d love to not be spending all my “work time” on this. Would love some tips please 💕 (I’m a silver dōTERRA leader with 3 kids, aged 8, 4 and 3) Q3: What would you suggest implementing for a mom running a doTERRA business and a full time job to control the chaos of life? Q4: My upline doesn’t honour my boundaries and wants me to be busy constantly. I’ve talked to her about it with no results. Q5: What if your spouse is what is heavy? I have been so focused on growth and he has been okay with being stuck and seems weirded out that I work on myself daily. Q6: What is something you do to reverse engineer Your energy to do #HolfitTalks? I serve my clients and community with a show called #KTtv every Monday and I know it takes organization and sheer love to make it happen every week. Q7: What do you recommend for working out at home when you are not a personal trainer? Can you get the best workout without all of the equipment at home. I listened to your episode on wasting time, I definitely know that I am not living out my passion each day and feel like I am “wasting time”. I don’t live my day job but need it to pay the bills. How do I make that next step? I am an Elite with doTerra but feel stuck- I don’t know if it is fear holding me back or if I really don’t have the right drive for this business. I love the oils but struggle with speaking to people about them- especially people I don’t know.
What is by far your greatest income producing activity? Was it different at different ranks? Could you give examples.

Fride har jobbet som naturterapeut nesten hele sitt liv, og har siden 2008 undervist på heltid ved skolen. Hun brenner for å hjelpe kroppen til å bli frisk med naturlige midler som støtter kroppens ulike systemer.
Vi prater om hva naturmedisin er, om kinesisk medisin, Ayurveda, biopati, urter, kosthold for sesonger og hvordan hun ble i interessert i helse på 1970 tallet under hippitiden. -
Vi møter Merete Askim som er leder av foreningen Mat & atferd, som er aktuelle med konferansen Ernæringsterapi og autisme som arrangeres i Sandvika 16. mars 2019. Tunsberg sender live HD-TV fra konferansen.
Vi snakker om hvorfor det er så vanskelig å tro at det er en sammenheng mellom mental helse og ernæring.Merete Askim er leder av Mat & atferd, og "veteran" fra Norsk Feingoldforening og tidligere Norsk Proteinintoleranseforening (NPIF). Hun er ernæringsfysiolog og kjemiker, høgskolelektor EM fra NTNU/HiST innen matteknologi der hun alltid har vektlagt matintoleranse og allergi.
