Og næsten 30 klager og bekymrede henvendelser er tikket ind over ham gennem årene, uden det har fået konsekvenser. Det ændrer sig, da en whistleblower henvender sig til Region Midtjylland sidste år. Overlægen bliver fyret og politianmeldt, og 1600 patienter bliver vejledt i, hvordan de kan søge om erstatning. Nu er afgørelsen faldet i de to første sager, og imens den ene afvises, så finder man i den anden, at et selvmord med overvejende sandsynlighed kunne være undgået.
