This week is my 100th episode!! Oh my gosh. I am so happy to have reached this milestone. I chose this SLOW episode as my POWcast episode for this 100th episode because I am being tested in my life right now with patience and having to trust and slow down and be ok with that. So I needed this reminder and maybe you do too!
It has also been slow growth to get to 100 episodes and I purposely chose every second week to have episodes to start with because I wanted more time to do all of my other work as well.
Now living in a country like Portugal I am forced to slow down and be more present and more mindful and really appreciate slow living. I am trusting that I will find my community and tribe very soon but that it is a slow process to get there.

This week is a quick POWcast on Kindness! It is not hard to be kind to those around you, it doesn’t cost you anything to be pleasant and kind to others.
I share a recent Instagram interaction that was unkind, and frankly left me shocked! It reminded me that not everyone matches your level of kindness or your frequency that you are living at. Those people that are being kind, need to be shown how they are affecting others, and hopefully they can learn from the experience.
I keep thinking if I was a sensitive person, this wouldn’t have ended well and it would have caused me a lot of pain. If I was someone who was anxious or overanalysed everything, it would have consumed me.
So let this be your reminder, to go out there and be kind today!

This week is a POWcast on JOY! The timing is wild because I recorded this 3 weeks ago, and then a few days ago a good friend said she had a question for me. She asked me if I know what fun is? What do I do for fun? And I rattled off about 5 things in one breath. She couldn’t name one thing she did for fun. This is an episode she definitely needs to hear, and I am so glad I did it because maybe some of you feel the same way!
Maybe you used to have fun and bring joy into your life daily, but now you’ve forgotten how? Or you don’t make the time for joy anymore. This is your sign! Your wake up call to do more JOYful things each day! Even if it takes 5mins.

This week on the podcast I share my live Human Design Deep Dive into Level 2 of my human design with Lauren Sharp. It was so interesting to chat about the environments I thrive in and how I shouldn’t force myself to be in spaces that aren’t my natural spaces. It really opens your eyes up to know that you aren’t made to be in certain spaces and places and that you not wanting to be there, doesn’t make you crazy!
