On July 31st, 2022 a car reached a speed of 100 mph before veering off the road and crashing into a brick wall at 5:30 in the morning. Inside the car was Dominic Russo, 20; Davion Flanagan, 19; and Makenzie Shirilla,17. Mackenzie was behind the wheel and the only survivor. She was charged with four counts of felonious assault and two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide. On August 21st, 2023 she was found guilty after just four days of trial. But why did she plan to kill her boyfriend Dominic and his friend Davion?

In late 2010 when four bodies were found on Gilgo Beach and the Gilgo Beach serial Killer was discovered. As more bodies were found along the new york ocean parkway the Gilgo Beach serial killer was renamed the Long Island Serial Killer or LISK for short. After 13 years and 8 victims found, Rex Heuermann has been arrested. This is still an active case so comments about Rex are based on personal opinion and statements from police and those close to the case but are not facts proven in court. This episode is current as the publication of this episode but this case is constantly evolving so we will update on socials as we learn more. In April 1985, a friend of Derek and Nancy Haysom, would travel to their home in Boonsboro, VA to check on them after not hearing from them for a few days. The scene she found was not at all what she could have imagined as they both were found dead in their home with blood everywhere. Derrick was found near the doorway and Nancy was on the kitchen floor. It was a complete overkill and so many were shocked that this well off and well liked couple was killed. Valerie Hayes, Gary Blake Reburn, and Frank and Jennifer Amnott would forever leave their mark on Dayton when they visited in 2018.
