It’s a huge weekend for our twa teams as the Premiership resumes following the international hiatus.
Jim Goodwin is bullish about United’s hopes ahead of a testing trip to face Rangers in Glasgow.
How will the Tangerines line-up? Will Goodwin’s belief that the Tangerines can feed off Ibrox ‘negativity’ be reflected in the team’s approach?
Louis Moult is declared a potential late game-changer – if he makes the bench.
And we discuss Johnny Russell’s departure from Sporting Kansas City which has sparked hopes among some Arabs of a sentimental Tannadice return.
With horrible conditions predicted for Saturday, it’ll be the biggest test of Dundee’s newly re-laid surface. But more importantly, the visit of Hibs is declared a ‘must not lose’ showdown.
Will Scott Tiffoney be allowed to showcase his inner Crunchie from the start? And who will deputise for Ziyad Larkeche?
There’s also a debate over who should be between the sticks as Trevor Carson resumes training.
Twa Teams, One Street are back in the studio with Tom Duthie on hosting duties with Courier Sport writers George Cran and Alan Temple joined by Graeme Finnan.

Dundee United swept aside Ross County on Saturday with arguably their best 45 minutes of the campaign.
The guys discuss the joy of gid’ old-fashioned diving headers after Luca Stephenson’s superb opener, and salute the impact made by the on-loan Liverpool man.
The wing-backs were flying, the midfield purred and Sam Dalby continued his hot streak as he benefitted from a strike-partner. So, is this Jim Goodwin’s best XI, and shape? There was even time for a fairytale finale from Owen Stirton.
We also react to Goodwin’s new deal, with the United boss committing to Tannadice until the summer of 2026, at least.
Things are altogether less positive across the road.
With the second-worst defensive record in the Premiership, what is going on with Dundee’s defence? And more importantly, how do they fix it?
The team chat over whether the Dee’s issue is one of tactics, mentality, quality or desire following a 4-1 defeat at Aberdeen, during which the visitors played some decent stuff.

Dundee United will seek to pile the misery on Ross County – winless in 22 Premiership away games – when the Staggies arrive at Tannadice.
Can they produce enough attacking invention to down the stubborn visitors? If they do, Sam Dalby is likely to be vital. We discuss his hot-streak in front of goal and the secret behind his ice-cool mentality.
Also, will United change shape and, if so, could Richard Odada, David Babunski and Jort van der Sande be the prime beneficiaries?
Dundee have been given a massive boost off the pitch this week after proposals for the Riverside training base were given the green light. What does that mean for the future of the Dee – and their stadium proposal?
Back to the action, and Tony Docherty’s men are tasked with winning a league game at Pittodrie for the first time since 2004.
The guys chew over how to stop the Dons, whether Jon McCracken is feeling the nerves and the prospect of starts for Jordan McGhee and/or Josh Mulligan in the Granite City.

Never say die was the order of the day for Dundee and United on a day of Premiership drama.
Revenge is sweet as the panel analyse a thrilling Dark Blues’ comeback against Kilmarnock, with Ziyad Larkeche making one declare: “Owen Who??”
And in the capital, United were below-par against Hibs – yet showcased their typical resolve and resilience to claim a point thanks to Sam Dalby’s late penalty. We talk tactics, VAR and injury nightmares.

Twa Teams, One Street goes through an eventful Saturday – Dundee United left it very, very late to earn a point at Kilmarnock and there was an emotional day at Dens.

We have an update on him and the boys remember Fabian Caballero’s impact at Dens Park.
We’ve only three talking heads this time, though, as George Cran and Graeme Finnan join Tom Duthie.
