The new PMQ exam format, which is a two and a half hour exam with multiple choice, written, and select box questions. Callum emphasizes the importance of reading questions carefully, especially longer scenario-based ones, to avoid being caught out by tricky wording. He also suggests using bullet points for long answers and flagging difficult questions to manage time effectively. He advises doing system checks early and preparing thoroughly to reduce stress. The new exam is seen as more accessible but still requires a broad understanding of the syllabus.
