Play well. Create chances. Miss said chances. Lose the game. It's a familiar story and we've seen the script numerous times. It was the same once again against Sunderland. So frustrating. Hear what James and Matt have to say about the 2-1 defeat at home which makes it three straight defeats.

You've all seen the tweet from @1867News on X following the defeat to Burnley. If you haven't then click here - https://x.com/1867News/status/1893065643852783629.
We speak to Simon, the man behind the X account, to hear as much as he is able to say in regards to a potential take over bid and whether the club is really up for sale or not?

It ended four-nil and to tell you the truth it didn't feel like one - certainly not in the first half anyway. Another game where missed chances have come to bite us on the proverbial. Hear what James and Matt have to say on Fridays defeat.

Let's be honest, I don't think Beadle will be watching the highlights back of this game with fond memories as we literally throw away a point when we could and should have taken three as we lose 2-1 to Coventry City. Listen as James and Matt discuss the game in more detail.

Conceding in the last minute, lose a centre back, and already missing your most creative player in the squad. Let's just say West Brom away didn't quite go according to play... but it very nearly did! James and Matt discuss the 2-1 defeat at the Hawthorns and whether our play-off hopes are now over despite there being a lot more football to play.

A third successive draw at home, and a third successive game where we had plenty of chances to win it. Listen to James and Matt discuss the one-all draw with Luton Town at length as the Transfer Window gets into the 'business end.'

Three points. Two goals. One clean sheet. That's six wins on the road this season as we picked up another 2-0 win at Loftus Road for the second successive season. Listen to James and Matt discuss the major talking points from the game in more detail.

We huffed, and we puffed but ultimately it wasn't enough as it ended with an undeserved three-nil defeat against the league leaders. We discuss the match in more detail, as well as how we manage without Shea Charles for the foreseeable.

We're out of the cup, but are we that bothered? Honestly. We played Coventry for what felt like the 18th time in the space of a year and we sat down to discuss that as well as our inability to defend from set-pieces AGAIN!

We've hit the woodwork three times and missed a penalty. How have we not won that game? We dissect the 2-2 draw with Millwall which sees us remain in mid-table just four points off the play-offs.

As 2024 comes to a close, it doesn't end in a bang. More of a damp squib if we're going to be honest about it. Six goals conceded in two games is always going to make things tough and the fact that we come away with a point has to go down as a great result. But still... six goals. James and Matt discuss the 3-3 draw with Boro as well as the 3-1 defeat at the hands of Preston North End in more detail.

Every week it's another world class save. This week couple that with a vital penalty save too. What a keeper. We discuss the two-nil win against Stoke City despite being down to ten-men in what was a strange game from start to finish and sees us solidify that ninth-place in the league.

...jingle all the way. Oh what fun it is to see the Wednesday win away. Hey!
Once again we come from behind to win away from home. Most points from losing positions and up to ninth in the league. We discuss the three-one win at the Kassam and ask the question 'do we allow ourselves to dream'.

It wasn't a great performance and we're not going to pretend it was. Definitely a point gained and could (and perhaps should) have been a lot worse. Despite that, we're now four games unbeaten and up to ninth in the league. It's a funny old season this year.
