Hello and welcome to the Zero to Finals podcast. My name is Dr Thomas Watchman. I am a GP in the UK and I love creating educational material for studying medicine. This podcast is designed to be a time-efficient revision tool to help you study for your medical exams. Each podcast leads on from the next and each season tackles a different area of medicine. The podcast supplements the material available on the www.zerotofinals.com website, in the Zero to Finals books and on the Zero to Finals YouTube channel. Whilst listening to a podcast you can follow along with written information and illustrations on the Zero to Finals website or books. PsychCrunch is the podcast from the British Psychological Society's Research Digest. Each episode we explore whether the findings from psychological science can make a difference in real life. Just how should we live, according to psychology? We speak to psychologists about their research and whether they apply what they've discovered in their own lives.

There are a lot of opinions on how to master your mind, but then there’s PSYCHOLOGY.
We’re all stuck with the brain we’re born with, but we aren’t stuck with how we use it.
Learn science-backed answers to make the most of your mind and your life.
CURIOUS?
Growth Mindset Psychology is the "self-help sceptic" podcast for the curious.
Whether you want to improve performance, navigate setbacks, or know who you are.
We find answers to the true science of self-improvement.
So put down the astrology chart and start working with your mind, instead of against it.
With over 8 million downloads and 60,000 monthly listeners, you’re invited to join.
PROCESS
Instead of telling you what to think, we discuss how thinking works.
Armed with a stack of science journals, textbooks and a boatload of curiosity, we uncover the mechanics of the mind.
Why? >>> Success is personal!
You might want to make the most of your neurodiverse strengths, start a business, or simply find more reasons to smile.
Hone your ability for independent thinking and growth with mental models to pursue your definition of success.
HOST
I’m Sam Webster Harris, a lifelong learner with ADHD, a raging curiosity, and an obsession with finding answers to hard questions.
After launching several businesses, travelling the world and nearly dying a few times I concluded that science and Psychology are where it’s at.
What actually makes people happy? What’s the best way to treat a brain? How can I get more done?
Studying the answers we find that changing behaviours requires building mindsets, mental models, and a healthy relationship with failure.
I run the show to help listeners enjoy nutritious content that feeds their minds (and I needed a legitimate excuse to cover for my reading addiction).

Join us as we explore the power of the natural world to inform and inspire us -- in our everyday lives, and in the complex challenges the world is facing.
With nature as our guide (and drawing on our own experience in coaching and consulting, international work, non-profit management, writing, local politics, and community) we explore diverse topics like climate change, confidence, listening, health, economics, storytelling, and more.
We look from different perspectives - including science and art; city and rural; individuals and systems - and try to cross pollinate ideas and uncover new ways of thinking. We offer up personal experiences, as well as ideas and experiences from guests, books, and elsewhere, all the while asking what the natural world can teach us.
Unfurling is hosted by UK-based Catriona Horey and Elizabeth Wainwright. Elizabeth is a writer, a coach and consultant operating locally and globally, and an elected District Councillor. Catriona is a coach – specialising in leadership, life, climate change and nature coaching – and a coaching skills trainer.

I'm Ryan, and I have Autism. From the Spectrum is a podcast about Autism. I am on a mission to explain a likely cause of Autism. Autism suddenly shows up in human evolution, and it seems to be a biological adaption (neuroplasticity) to an environmental change used by living organisms for life- light. Maybe, people fail to understand how living organisms use the energy from light to drive biochemistry. In addition, I want to explain Autism. I use various scientific literature, personal experiences, and opinion. With opinion, I will explain why I feel the way I do, and give examples. I will provide links to various references for each episode. For each episode, we will discuss various aspects of Autism.
Lastly, thank you for listening to From the Spectrum podcast.

Welcome, Friends. Storytelling has the power to not only create connections but provide universal truths about ourselves and the world. When listening to this podcast, I ask that you honor these stories and the rawness, transparency, and vulnerability that they invoke. Invite them with an open heart and you will see that all stories share a universal message. I pray that each anecdote leaves you inspired to share as the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "It is also charity to utter a good word.” But more importantly, I pray that you allow yourself to find comfort in the good, wisdom in the hardship, and the courage to trust Allah.
