In this episode, we will be diving into the 6th chapter in Carl Sagan's "The Demon Haunted World: Science As A Candle In the Dark". This chapter is all about hallucinations and how it is likely the cause for alien abduction and UFO sighting stories. This was an enjoyable chapter to read and I hope you learn something as I sure did!

In this episode, we dive into Chapter 5: Spoofing and Secrecy. This chapter goes over the Government and Military's involvement with UFOs as well as how conspiracy theorists become emboldened by their mistrust of government. My boy Carl also gives us a history lesson into why hoaxes happen and how Whistle Blowing is really important.

In this chapter we dive into the issue with pseudoscience and how important it is to educate the masses about the scientific method. This one is my first go at being a little less scripted. So, I hope it turns out well. I'm still trying to get my poop together :)

My first series in the podcast will be me going over one of my favorite books by Carl Sagan called "The Demon Haunted World - Science As A Candle In The Dark".
