Jeremy is a highly successful real estate investor who, together with his wife Shelly, has achieved remarkable success in the industry. Since 2017,

After graduating from business school with a degree in finance, I started working as a multifamily underwriter for a commercial bridge lender. I quickly realized I was on the wrong side of the equation.
I discovered that if I was ever going to achieve the net worth and lifestyle as the multifamily buyers we were doing loans with, I would have to start investing in commercial real estate myself. Not rely on a 401K from my W2.
