In Episode 10, my dear friend Briana shares her personal journey of
struggling with self criticism, feeling shame around her body, dealing with
disordered eating, and navigating painful menstrual cycles. Together we
explore how, over time, Briana has shifted out of self criticism and into a
new found place of having immense love and gratitude for herself and her
body. We discuss how inviting play back into our lives has been a big part
of our healing journeys, and how fun it has been to reclaim the inner child
that lives within us! In the second half of the episode, we explore the
role our menstrual cycle plays in our lives as women, and how important it
is to bring in more awareness around the impact our cycle has on our lives.
I absolutely adored this conversation, and I hope you do too! -
In episode 9, Dr. Sarah Campbell and I dive into the neuroscience behind
the mind body connection. Sarah shares how our thoughts, orientations,
feelings, and behaviors are all linked to our physical health. She opens up
about her personal healing journey after being diagnosed with an autoimmune
disease after an intense year of grief and navigating an abusive
relationship. This conversation left me feeling so empowered and also
filled me with so much hope for the collective healing that needs to take
place! I hope you enjoy it!

In Episode 8, I open the episode up sharing about how I’m currently in the
process of reclaiming my goofy and playful inner child. I then go into how
and why spirituality has been such a big part of my life lately, and why it
is coming in so strong in these early episodes I’m releasing. I explore how
both open-mindedness and curiosity have played a very big and important
role in the growth I have experienced over the last few years. I then
invite my listeners to practice staying open-minded themselves, and I share
my dream of being a bridge between many different worlds - with my main
goal of assisting humanity along in remembering who we are at our core, and
continuing to call in more love and compassion. -
In episode 7, I have Brittany Chambers on to discuss the importance of
trusting our intuition in early motherhood. Brittany is an Infant and
Family Sleep Specialist. Her life's work is to protect infant and maternal
mental health, and to help reduce the stress of early motherhood by
normalizing biologically normal infant behavior. Towards the end of the
episode, we both share a bit on our personal experiences of losing our
fathers, and the spiritual connection we have with them.

In episode 6, I have Alexandra Carelli on to discuss her personal
transformation and journey with anger. This conversation took place back in
July, and was a powerful one for us both, as we vulnerably dove right on
into our personal healing journeys. Together, we shared about our childhood
trauma, how anger has shown up in our lives, and how liberating it feels to
share our stories. Alexandra is an artist, writer, and PHD student who is
passionate about helping to support people in opening up their
consciousness to the many ways of knowing.

In episode 5, I tune in after a 4 month hiatus to catch my listeners up on all that I’ve been moving through since the last episode. I share my personal experience with letting go of judgment & perfectionism in motherhood, specifically around homeschooling vs public schooling.

In this week’s episode, I have Kat River on to discuss the importance of
remembering and reconnecting with our creative selves through motherhood.
Kat shares her process of honoring and embodying herself as multifaceted
woman and mother - she shares how it does not have to be either/or, and how
it can actually be a beautiful infusion of both at once. Kat shares her
personal journey from maiden to mother, how she’s grown and evolved after
birthing her two boys into the world, and how she balances her creative
endeavors while mothering and tending to herself and her family.

In this week’s episode, Ryan and I vulnerably share our story with you all. As we approach the celebration of our 10 year wedding anniversary, we reflect together on all we’ve been through as a couple, and how far we’ve come over the years. We share our story of transformation with the intention of inspiring others to walk this path of healing, and to serve as a beacon of hope for those who may feel stuck in the trenches of dysfunctional relationship patterning.

In this week’s episode I share about my inner critic and how loud it has
been lately. I also discuss the importance of feeling our feelings, being
able to pivot and adjust, and offering ourselves love and compassion when
our inner critic gets really loud. Thank you for witnessing me in my
messiness, friends! If you have any feedback to share with me or any
