maybe the end of 'The Coop'.
(I never planned on ending 'The Coop', but there's been a lot of change over April and with that I felt that the podcast should change with it. I'll be back soon, just not on here...)
-
conclusions from my first rave.
(some sweet, silly nights where I've found myself mulling.)
-
Saknas det avsnitt?
-
part two.
(everything from diagnosis-present. a lot to unpack, ft. the dream that changed it all.)
-
hmmmm.
(in order to give you an update on how I've been post-relapse of anorexia, you needed to have the context. so here's what that is.)
-
...
(it's been a recent revelation of mine how important silence is. if you respect silence, you build trust. if you build trust, you have the foundations of a good relationship. like I said....I've been thinking about the importance of silence.)
-
completely and utterly.
(so things haven't been great recently. things might have taken a turn for the worse. and I guess this is me just sharing it with you.)
-
two words, one woman: billie eilish
(a look into the driving factors of my parasocial relationship- a look into how celebrities can become a lifeline. I'm glad to say that the obsession has died down. it's been a long time coming.)
-
dark.
(I find death completely and utterly terrifying and so, this episode gets a little dark. I'm well aware I need to go back to therapy, thank you x)
-
I like this episode.
(wicked game by chris isaak is the ONLY song I've been listening to recently. it fits very well with this episode where I unpack my experiences with both 'practical' and 'emotional' rejection. somewhere in the middle of this episode it gets a bit deep lol so erm...enjoy?)
-
reflecting and reminiscing.
(a look back on the most pivotal year of my life so far. lessons were learnt and discoveries were made, I encourage you all to have a cheeky scroll through your mems!)
-
honest.
(a couple of weeks that had me facing some truths- perhaps I wasn't doing as well as I thought. perhaps, I was relapsing slightly in terms of anorexia and depression.)
-
deadly serious.
(life update part.3- adulthood took a turn. grab a blanket, get some hot chocolate and settle down for a week of disastrous events.)
-
-life lessons with ros.
(Ros created this saying as some sort of juxtaposition to 'live, laugh, love' and although it never gets mentioned in this episode, I think it sums up what we discuss rather well. Today, we're deep-diving into quotes/life lessons that we think everyone should hear. Get yourself involved xox)
-
it's life.
(a painful realisation that this isn't just 'one year out', it's the rest of my life. my actual life update for you all.)
-
This idea for a podcast episode first came into fruition when I went to watch my old dance school's show in July, an evening which for the past three years I'd expected to bring me closure but in actual fact had brought it about in a much more unexpected way to what I had envisioned. It's a concept that's also resurfaced in my life in the past week or two, which is why I've felt the need to blurt out all my thoughts. I hope you guys can relate in some way.
-
a bit of a personal episode x
-
Today I'm talking all about my first month of my gap year, a year which has most definitely not gone to plan so far. I discuss what it's been like seeing everyone leave for uni and share where my head's been for the past couple of weeks....leading to what's become a rather depressing podcast episode. At least I can say it's honest!!
-
Today I'm joined by Ella to dive into her 'album' based on the past two years of her life: DREAM GIRL. She talks about her growth over the past two years and how that's prepared her for the next chapter she will begin at uni- becoming the 'dream girl'. The cover art is the imagined art of the album, designed by Ella herself. Enjoy guys!!

Guys, it's time to meet Tyler!! Tyler has become one of my closest friends this year and he's impacted my life in ways I hadn't even realised I needed. I'm very glad he wanted to be on the podcast, and I hope you all enjoy this rainy chat from the grass in Cleveland Park as we dive into what he's been up to this summer.

As promised, here's the second half of the interrail podcast diaries. In this episode, me, Kaitlin and Marina digest our time together in Paris as well as concluding upon our favourite moments from travelling together. Listening back to this one made me smile so much, if you haven't already, make sure to listen to part one where we discuss our time in Prague and Munich!
