Did you know your current mental state is reflected by the state your nervous system is in? This episode explains how and why your nervous system moves in and out of these different states using the polyvagal theory. Here are some terms so you don't get lost:
Regulation (ventral vagal)- Parasympathetic nervous system.

Stress stays in the body until you release it. This is great news. It means we don't have to be chronically stressed and can release stress. When you are in a high state of stress you are in fight/flight mode. In this episode I explain what the stress cycle is and how to complete the cycle and get back to a regulated state.
