In this weeks episode Lee & Darren fly solo for a while discussing bad cooking, getting old, the netflix film Old Guard, a sudden realisation about the last Ghostbusters film, headphones and Star Trek Lower Decks, before they are joined by Elton and pooing in a lift is discussed... As you'd expect from a film podcast.
Then finally its on to reviewing this weeks film, the Cohen brothers movie Burn After Reading aka "We didn't know how to finish it so just told you rather than showed you" -
This week Jim tackles a tricksy IT issue, Darren has toilet troubles and visits the sunken city, while Lee just keeps on riding the Arnie movie train with a potentially terrifying destination in his future.
Then its on to this weeks film, Denzel Washington is The Equaliser, an avenging angel of the city, not, as Lee suspected, a film about the guy who invented the result button on the calculator -
This week Elton has a few days off and Lee ruins it, Jims synth quest continues and he also spurs some retro gaming memories with Dune 2, Darren discovers Dead Cells and Will Ferrells Eurovision, while Lee finally finishes Alien Isolation, has an eye watering bill for an MOT and continues his daughters 80s movie education.
Then after all that and some feedback, its on to this weeks film. Our first Nic Cage movie, so expect dodgy accents as we review the 2005 movie Lord of War

Elton expands his family bubble and drives an automatic car, Darren discovers to his horror he is a friend to the animals and Lee begins his daughers 80s action movie education and has Covid nightmares
Then its a dash of feedback before we finally get to this weeks film, is it a prescient satire on the modern world, media and government corruption or just an excuse for Arnie to pull out some truly dad joke worthy puns? We find out as we review The Running Man -
This week Elton goes GI Joe retro, Jim has a leaky roof, Darren wins his battle against ants and discovers the culinary delights of quesadillas and Lee slowly becomes more nocturnal and fearfully returns to Alien Isolation on the PS4.
Then the guys get their outrage boots on as they review this weeks film Fyre The Greatest Festival That Never Happened -
This week, Elton goes McGyver with tech and discovers a cache of Plumbobs (dont ask), Jim recommends "World of Crap", Darren does battle with ants and Lee discovers his gaming days are over due to being old.
After that we move on to the hidden Troma "classic" Monster in the Closet currently available on Amazon Prime

After that its on to this weeks film Taika Waititis excellent Hunt for the Wilderpeople

Then after some feedback its on to this weeks film the straight to Netflix crowdfunded scifi (possibly backdoor TV pilot) film Code 8

This week Elton gets stuck in his van, Jim gets new shoes, Darren suffers from coconut flour exchange rates, Lee discovers he's the only one alive in Bromley shopping centre and the gravitational pull of bread pudding is discussed... There may also be talk about a bottle of wee disguised as Oasis fruit drink.
Then its on to our film this week, the George Pal classic adaptation of HG Well's The Time Machine.

And here we are... Black Dog v2.0 aka Shut In Cinema is here to make your confinement worse as the world slowly slides to oblivion.
