Based off her popular and darkly humorous Facebook page, blog and forthcoming novel of the same name, author Brandy Ferner takes her love of adult conversation to the air as she spears the injustices of modern parenting and continues her tradition of saying things out loud that others won’t. As a lover of truth and all things dark comedy, she and special guests partake in real talk about everything relating to motherhood – marriage post kids, birth, the never-ending micromanagement of screen time, sex, chronic-illness, Snoop Dogg, social issues, homeschooling, meditation, the revolt of the aging uterus, postpartum depletion, writing, the joke that is half-day kindergarten, and more. This is not a podcast with annoying parenting advice. Instead, Adult Conversation aims to break down the façade of “perfect” parenting with its balanced mix of wit, inappropriateness, compassion and validation, and can be considered a form of self-care, especially when listened to while locked in a bathroom alone. Or if your people will stage a full-on revolt at being separated from you, pop in some earbuds while folding laundry, wiping butts or waiting in the carpool line. Warning: this podcast can be inappropriate, just like parenting.

Getting It Wrong To Get It Right Podcast:"We Tackle It All In Our Quest for a Better Life"
The Getting It Wrong To Get it Right Podcast is all about exploring the different ways we can improve our lives. From personal development to health and wellness, we cover a wide range of topics to help our listeners become the best version of themselves.
One of the key themes of our podcast is the idea that making mistakes is a natural part of the learning process. We encourage our listeners to embrace their failures and use them as opportunities for growth and self-improvement.
In this spirit, we often use the tagline "Get it wrong, get it right" to remind ourselves and our listeners that it's okay to stumble along the way. We believe that by acknowledging our mistakes and learning from them, we can ultimately achieve greater success and happiness in life.
But our journey towards self-improvement isn't just about fixing what's broken. We also strive to explore new ideas, try new things, and push ourselves beyond our comfort zones. That's why we say that we "tackle it all" - because we're willing to take on any challenge that comes our way.
Of course, our ultimate goal in all of this is to help our listeners achieve a better life. Whether that means improving their physical health, developing better relationships, or finding greater fulfillment in their careers, we want to provide the tools and insights they need to become the best version of themselves.
So if you're ready to join us on this journey of self-discovery and growth, tune in to the Getting it Wrong, Get it Right Podcast and let's tackle it all together.s my very interesting podcast

Children don’t come with an instruction manual, and the reason for this is that not all children are the same. If anyone tries to sell you a notion that there’s one way to parent, there isn’t. Good parenting involves being able to react and respond in a flexible way to the issue that your child is displaying.
In light of this complexity, the ‘Asking for a parent’ podcast will describe the most common and complex child rearing challenges and provide better ways for listeners to understand a child's behaviour.
One of the best predictors of child behaviour is a parent’s understanding of the meaning behind the behaviour. Therefore the discussions inform parents of why children do what they do, and how best to respond to it.
Lots of parenting resources out there heap pressure on parents rather than promote reasonable expectations and understanding. This podcast is conversational, and will not be filled with jargon or unreasonable expectations. The solutions are be ‘real world’ and take into account of parental pressures of time and energy.
Topics under discussion will include the severe challenges to the normative developmental issues. Ranging from a teenager who is developing eating disorder behaviours to a 5 year old who is nervous about going to birthday parties. All challenges are relative and the podcast will aim to be as comprehensive as possible.
Listeners can send in their own questions or worries about their child or indeed about their own mental health concerns and these will be addressed where possible.
