  • In this episode, I discuss the importance of mental resilience and shifting your mindset to find the good in even the worst situations. I share a personal story (anonymized for privacy) that illustrates how experiencing adversity can prepare you to help others in similar struggles. By choosing gratitude over self-pity, you can transform setbacks into opportunities for growth and connection. I also introduce this week's challenge: no caffeine, as part of fostering discipline and stepping out of comfort zones.

    Notable Quotes From This Episode:

"No matter how shitty your situation might be, there’s always something good that can be extracted from it. You just have to look for it.""Just because something fucked up happens to you doesn’t mean you can’t be grateful for what could have happened but didn’t.""Do I sound like Dr. Seuss? Holy shit.""Millionaire Monday, Mission Monday, Max Out Monday—I’m done."

  • In this Kill Shot Sunday episode, I lay out a hard truth: just start. Most people waste time overthinking names, logos, plans—when the real key is taking action immediately and figuring things out along the way. I share how I fumbled through launching my podcast, changing its name and cover multiple times, but because I started anyway, I made real progress instead of staying stuck. The same principle applies to fitness, sales, business, or any goal. Stop waiting, stop making excuses, and start today. Plus, this week’s challenge: No caffeine from Feb 2 - Feb 8.

    Notable Quotes From This Episode:

"You don’t need to have it all figured out—you just need to start.""There are people in your future who need you to take your shit seriously today.""If you wait until everything is perfect, you’ll never begin and you’ll never succeed.""Called my first podcast B Cast. What the fuck is that?""I spent days analyzing gym stairmaster counts like my gym life depended on it.""If you’re driving, you can pull over, do 20 jumping jacks, and get back in the car. Inconvenient though? No shit."

  • In this episode of Set the Standard Saturday (corny as hell), I talk about raising personal standards and holding yourself to them. Most people start the week strong but fall apart by the weekend, throwing away their progress in the name of "balance." Instead of waiting for Monday to start, raise your standards today. Small, incremental changes—like cutting fast food from four times a day to twice a week—compound into massive transformation. Define your identity by your standards. If you commit to high standards long enough, you won’t even consider going back to your old ways. Set the standard, hold the line, and never drop below it.

    Notable Quotes From This Episode:

"If you wait until Monday to start, you don’t really want it.""Declare your standards, live up to them, and soon, your identity will rise to match.""The higher your standards, the less you even consider going back to your old ways.""We could be talking about alligators for fuck’s sake—who cares?""Some of you have seen your family 20 times this month. I’ve done that in five years.""I don’t know why time works the way it does—some guy just said, ‘Let’s make a minute 60 seconds’ and now we all just go with it."

  • In this episode of Flex Friday, I focus on small, consistent habits to build momentum in fitness and beyond. You don’t need a perfect plan to start—just pick one simple thing, like eating a piece of fruit daily, and stick with it until it becomes automatic. Over time, layer in more habits like drinking water, doing pushups, or walking daily. This compounding effect can transform your life in six months to a year. The key is consistency and starting small so it feels too easy to fail. Baby steps, stacked over time, lead to massive results in fitness and life.

    Notable Quotes From This Episode:

"You don’t need to have it all figured out; you just need to take one small step and stick with it.""Start so small that it would be embarrassing to fail—that’s how habits are built.""If you can change your habits, you can change your entire life, one week at a time.""Bro, just eat a banana—it takes 30 seconds, and if you can’t do that, we have bigger problems.""Imagine people pulling threads on what I say—like I’m out here telling people to go to the gym naked.""We live in a world where some people just shouldn’t have internet access, and it shows."

  • In this episode, I introduce "Think Big Thursday" (even though I hate the name) and dive into my approach to goal setting with my "Hustle File." Instead of fearing failure, I ask, What if I went so hard that everything went right? I break my goals into levels—starting with 20 clients, scaling to 600 in three years—and focus on how massive action compounds over time. I challenge listeners to think beyond their fears, stop fixating on what could go wrong, and commit to an intense, focused period of work that transforms their lives.

    Notable Quotes From This Episode:

"What if you committed to just 5% of your life being insanely hard so the other 95% could be limitless?""If you only focus on what could go wrong, you’ll never see what could go right.""What if you just kept trying, every day, no matter what? What if you changed your whole life this year?""Think Big Thursday? Worst name I’ve come up with yet—but guess what? I don’t care.""People focus on ‘what if I fail?’ like it’s some earth-shattering event. Bro, what if you win?""What if you cooked up such a ridiculous, massive goal that the small, puny, itty-bitty worries in your head just disappeared?"

  • In this episode, I introduce "Wisdom Wednesday" (even though I think it sounds corny) and break down a powerful quote: "The man who loves walking will walk further than the man who loves the destination." I apply this to fitness, business, and life—explaining that if you love the process more than the outcome, you’ll achieve more as a byproduct. If you enjoy working out more than just wanting a six-pack, you’ll get in great shape naturally. If you love sales calls more than making money, you’ll make a lot of it. Find what process you genuinely enjoy, and success follows.

    Notable Quotes From This Episode:

"If you love the process more than the outcome, success takes care of itself.""Find something where you can’t get enough of the thing that gets you to where you want to go—and keep doing it.""The man who loves walking will walk further than the man who loves the destination."

  • In this episode, I reintroduced the Blade System, a framework I designed for getting your shit in orde. If you're new here or missed earlier episodes, the Blade System is a free, four-part framework that challenges you to remove the bad shit (Purge), include the good shit (Oath), do scary shit (Crucible), and focus on small shit (Rigor). It’s inspired by systems like the Power List by Andy Frisella as well as Darren Hardy's Vice Fast and is fully customizable to your goals.

The program operates on integrity—you set your own tasks and stick to them for 30 days. If you miss even one day, you restart. This system is about holding yourself accountable, overcoming obstacles, and continuously leveling up. Whether it’s giving up distractions, introducing positive habits, or facing fears, you’ll build resilience and discipline that extend into all areas of life.

I also announced the podcast's first weekly challenge: complete 1,000 pushups by December 21st. Break it up however you want, but the goal is to push yourself and develop consistency. Post your progress, tag me on Instagram, and let's kick some ass and grow.

  • Bryson rebranded this podcast after combining two previous shows. This platform is an ambitious space for men focused on self-improvement, fitness transformation, and building mental resilience. The goal is to help men master discipline, grow muscle, and elevate their lives.

Bryson introduces The Blade System idea, a framework he built to create lasting results. It focuses on four key components for personal transformation.

Building confidence and habits. Leading yourself and others. Adapting to challenges. Disciplining your actions and mindset. Enduring tough times to build grit and resilience.

He tells a story of a birthday card in an empty, unfurnished apartment that became Bryson’s wake-up call. The echo of the card mirrored the emptiness of his life, literally. That moment made him realize he was spiraling, stuck in a cycle of nightly drinking, video games, and self-doubt. From there, he vowed to rebuild himself and his future.

Within a year, Bryson completely transformed his life. At 26, he replaced the victim mindset with intentional action and laser-focused discipline. At 27, he now runs a men’s fitness coaching business focused on skinny guys (who Bryson used to be) and is living proof of what’s possible with hard work and commitment.

Bryson is on a mission to help underserved men—those who feel unseen or stuck in their current reality. He knows what it’s like to be the skinny guy with zero confidence and no plan. This podcast is for men who feel overlooked but are ready to take action and change and ultimately regain control of their life and get their shit together.

Authenticity is everything for Bryson. His content is raw and unfiltered, showing the flaws and mistakes that are part of real growth. He believes in practicing what he preaches and leading by example, no matter how messy the journey might look. There is always a learning opportunity in every endeavor and he emphasizes the importance of this.
