Running is the one thing that we all like talking about. Every week on the award winning Women’s Running podcast, we talk all things running, women, health and fitness with our own brand of happy, irreverent chat. Esther and Holly talk through their training highs and lows, and all the bits and pieces in-between. Every so often, we invite an expert to join us to help us figure out the confusing worlds of training, recovery, nutrition, health and more. And sometimes we get to talk to an incredible woman from the world of running, from Anna McNuff to Paula Radcliffe, Susie Chan to Nicky Spinks. So why do we do it? Because we realised that most of the running podcasts we listened to were full of blokes waffling on about quads and cadence (and we realised that we can do that perfectly well ourselves, thank you very much). Right here, we talk about all the things that affect us when we step out the door: sexism, hormones, menopause, food, pelvic floors, relationships, mental health, seagull attacks and wild weeing. But. BUT. We will also talk about races, PBs, shoes, training, starting running, enjoying running, finding the fun. And quads and cadence. This is the Women’s Running podcast, and it’s for women who love to run. Get bonus content on Patreon

A running podcast for everyday runners - even the ones that are not really sure they are runners, but who press play and run just in case.
Press Play & Run host Ryan Miller is an everyday runner from Glasgow. Having run out of people to bore with run chat in his personal life, he decided to inflict his nonsense on other runners instead. Ryan is joined by co-host Alison Jardine, bringing the number of marathon majors between them to six. Ok, so all six belong to Alison, but who's counting?

A podcast talking to the average runner about their race experiences. No elites or race winners!
Get the low down on what the race is right for the normal runners - how they trained, their race experience and would they recommend it?
We can all live vicariously through their experience and feel some of the excitement, pain and hopefully success that they did. -
Let me jog your memory… Runnings the only sport you can do with nothing, all you need is the ground! The only thing you’ve got to lose by going running is your breath! The Running Podcast is for your everyday runner. The serious and the non serious runner. The runner who is looking for a community. The runner looking to meet new people and to make new friends. The runner who is wanting to gain more running knowledge but who also wants to have fun.

A triathlon magazine type show, looking at how we coach triathlon, interviewing triathletes to explore their racing and training, as well as keeping abreast of the latest triathlon news, done in our straight talking, no jargon style, with over 15 years of coaching experience between us.
We have seen all the trends, fads and new fangled gadgets, and have used nearly all of them. We’ve come to realise that triathlon is really simple; It’s a swim, followed by a bike, followed by a run and together that is triathlon.
Over the course of our episodes, we will break down the mysteries of triathlon training and show you how simple and flexible it can be, so that it really does become part of your lifestyle and not just a hobby.
Each episode will be between 30-40 minutes long, and we are going to break them down in to seasons, with each season focusing on a particular aspect of triathlon.
You’ll get helpful and easy to understand advice, that you can take away and implement into your own training.
We will be releasing our episodes regularly, and these will be available to download, and to subscribed to, for free from your usual podcast location.
We are really excited about this podcast and can’t wait for you to listen and send us your questions.
See you soon.

This awesome hobby we share gives us one thing in common and it brings us together as a community. Welcome to our podcast where your hosts Brett Elesmore and Andy Maguire discuss the struggles, the successes and everything in-between on our running journeys as we all work towards the next time we’re Running The Red Line... -

Running, Life and Stuff is a brand-new, fortnightly podcast launched by Craig on 2 January 2024, where he chats all things … well … running, life and stuff.
Craig’s a trail runner, coffee lover and adventure seeker. He’s also an ordinary guy in his 40’s, with a hectic job in the health and fitness industry, who unexpectedly found himself back on the dating scene after his marriage ended during lockdown.
In 2023 Craig took part in the Race Across Scotland, a 215-mile ultra marathon covering one of Scotland’s greatest trails, The Southern Upland Way. Both the training for and participation in this epic event have left Craig with many tales to tell. Tales that will appeal to anyone who knows how it feels to push their body and their mind to the absolute limit!
Joining Craig as co-presenter for the pod is Anna Tyler (aka Tyles). Anna has more than 15 year’s broadcasting experience as a News Editor, journalist and presenter. Having been part of the Capital East Midlands breakfast team Dino, Pete and Tyles, Anna is now freelancing for media giant Global Radio.
If you would like to discuss a collaboration or sponsorship opportunities, please get in touch with the Pod at [email protected]
