I froze my fat and regret it. Totally regret it.
Cryolipolysis aka "freezing" of your fat cells is a non-invasive treatment that can be done to remove stubborn fat. Unfortunately I fell victim to PAH or paradoxical adipose hyperplasia. This is where ... well, listen in to learn more and find out what happened to me.
