A dystopian under world continent with societies that have devolved into a state of oppression, poverty and suffering. A dead body is washed ashore discovered by two boys. From then we learn about a marine biologist who makes a ground breaking discovery of an advanced under water civilisation, but then becomes embroiled in a criminal conspiracy.
