Rossanna: "If you want an instant shift, let's just remember we've got to get from the head, the brain, the thinking into the body, because if you want to access the heart, you can't just go from the head to the heart without making a little connection with the body."

Rossanna: "Just tell yourself for a moment I am safe. I am here I am here now. I'm listening. Whatever you need to tell yourself in this moment just to acknowledge that you are listening to you. You are tuned in."

Perfectionism is trying to control every aspect of your life, if it isn't affecting you amazing but most people I see in my practice are struggling and feel burned out on a regular basis.
Wearing busy like a badge of honor and feeling guilty for taking time out.Why this happening is stems from a wound called the mother wound this constant feeling of not being good enough.This strange paradox of wanting it all in terms of being seen but also being afraid to shine our light too bright in fear of pissing people off.

Are you playing god?
Manifestation and using the principles of the universal laws can often leave you feeling frustrated if you are giving what you want timelines and ultimatums. This usually comes from not being able to trust that what you want is coming.
In this episode, I talk and give you the steps to manifest in god/the universe's timing.
The world is designed to distract us, with technology, food, sex, drugs we are moving so fast. This creates stress on the body and when we are stressed with are in a state of mind called super beta, when we are here we don't notice signs that are steering us to what we want.
Our feelings and intuition is the navigation system if you are suppressing them then you are missing the guidance and prolonging your manifestation.

In this episode, I get off my chest my frustration around people thinking they have to be a high vibe to be a match for their manifestation or connected with the divine feminine.
Why is the divine feminine rising?
What does it mean?
I discuss how we have been conditioned to suppress our feelings and how when we are in our divine feminine that all the feelings are welcome.
Doing the inner work can be uncomfortable and that's ok, relearning and then passing it on to our children so they won't have to go to therapy or have the same problems in the future with low self-esteem, addiction, mental health, and so on.
The direct link between our relationship with our mother and the way we nurture and look after ourselves.
When you can lean into loving yourself first that's when we attune to our desires.
How to lean into your divine feminine;
